With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

Jeff sees reception Ian got, instantly clocks him as who to saddle up to, non-stop compliments, etc. Now he's trying to big dog Burt and establish his place in the new pecking order. It's amazing. "Burt your weirding him out standing there, like you weirded me out last night. Take a seat!"

I had forgotten just hours ago the two were doing gay shit for fishbucks. Shows wild.
 
Pretending to love Ian is like in HS when people would hype up that one very bland normal kid who just hung around as an ironic joke. Same deal with nifty niggers. Nobody actually appreciates what Ian adds to the show, (nothing) they just like his calm demeanor. Don't delude yourself and think this is going to be entertaining unless production really ramps shit up.
 
Ian said he ate an edible before he got to the house or before he got on the plane, I couldn't quite catch what he said cause he's so quiet and Jeff wont shut the fuck up as usual.

Ian would have never survived to Day 24 as a contestant, but he's a very good personality to have in the house. The fact that there's a mexican sleeping in most of the shots in the Famous House era is hilarious and the most underrated Fishtank running gag. I also always enjoyed Ian's late night antics in the kitchen.

Also I disagree with the Mauro comparison some people make because Mauro was a gay bitch and Ian is always unbothered. Completely different energy.

Yeah just another nifty except he perfectly fulfills the lazy latinx stereotype. Im just pissed frank is gone and things will be hugtank for who knows how long, having sleepy mexican as a stark contrast would've been great.

That one moment when everyone was fighting late at night and Ian just woke up and made himself food is one of my favorite moments from the Famous House phase.

That's the perfect thing to have in his system while the fish explain that he's pretty much in the Truman Show.
 
Burt's family apparently contacted the police or whatever and he is standing in the den doing a "proof of life and I'm not here under duress" kind of speech. Apparently someone from his family or friends saw that he became internet famous and were concerned that he was stuck there.
