I'm not really versed in the IRL streamer sphere drama but if I remember right EBZ and Sam Pepper frequently contact each other and there is a supposedly a long running gag regarding EBZ with the community making fun of his croaglife thing which everyone reworked into "Coming Right out as Gay" so he is getting Jon level gay guy attacks. To the point they make fake "gay rap videos." I think Gewn was just shit stirring some drama because everyone hates Sam Pepper and EBZ is just an easy target.

Yea recently Scam and his wife "Hannah" broke up, she was basically another clout goblin with mild success as a streamer in the same sort of sphere. they have had several huge arguments on stream recently where she goes off at him about cheating and such and also he basically hired some tai hooker for awhile to pretend to be his new GF.

It looks like there's going to be a big battle tonight, Ice said he wants at least 10-13 people dead tonight, and if the other teams can't make it happen then he and other staff members will go hunting tonight. AndyChicken's team is confident that Letty will be easy to take out, one of them (I guess a former team mate?) said "Letty is completely useless" and doesn't do anything, which tbh is very on brand for her.

This could be Letty and/or Jon's last night. I have to go to bed soon, so if anyone is willing to write about how this battle goes and who ends up dead, I'd appreciate it.

I think the only reason why I rate Hunger Games over Bitchtank is you can't say it's not competitive. It's got some of the FOMO that Bitchtank was missing because there is a big cash prize so the contestants give a damn.
There's plenty of clout chasers who are just there for attention, like almost all of them are, but the money is enough to get them this final 1/4 of the players to behave and take it seriously.

That would be Dr_Beat who got fragged by Gooner the moment the switch to paintball happened because he was annoying. Letty was selected as a pack mule by Gooner which is important because losing your gear to theft is a serious problem, its why Letty got caught and killed by the Koreans earlier, she had all of her weapons and items taken by acemaximilian. When they got a paintball gun they handed it to Letty and she was shooting people with it so she does participate in combat.

He's being very argumentative with the team, trying to press them into attacking EBZ's team. Sounds like a good idea but most of the group doesn't want to join in on it. They're super paranoid about Ice & Fousey planning against them during that.
edit: Jon got gewn to mute his stream so he can give Neptunian advice he received from Jet before going on, not sure why Jon wanted this to be muted.

Another thing that stood out to me is how inept this new EMT guy is. He is asking Ice what he should be doing. He's like "Can I give contestants an IV or just give them a drink? We normally give IVs but I don't know what the rules are here". I find this odd, he acknowledges that he's been hired to make sure the contestants are medically safe and okay, yet he also wants to ask Ice if it's okay to treat them and how to do so, and how long he should treat them before sending them back in the field. He should be the one telling Ice what the contestants need and when they're cleared to go back out.

See, the thing is, most places you are hired have a things called "protocols" or at least you know what exactly is expected of you. An EMT working an event, theme park, or resort might not be allowed to give IVs, while EMTs in ambulances are generally expected to. Some places you are not allowed to give IVs (and it sucks because when people really need them you just have to tell them they should go to the hospital). This guy just wanted to be clear on what care he was allowed to give. Even things like whether you can give certain basic medications changes depending on where you are working. IVs carry liability concerns, even if small.

Ice was hyping up a battle between Letty and Jon's team vs Chicken Andy's but this probably wont happen tonight, they're on the far side of the map from each other. The game has devolved into camping the waterholes and trying to push on a team in the insane heat just leaves you too exhausted to do combat. I really do not know how this deadlock can be broken because tomorrow is supposed to be nearly 10 degrees hotter according to Ice, from 99f on Sunday to 107f Monday which merely intensifies the water hole camping strategy since any movement on the map becomes even worse.

25 players, 5 teams essentially. no reason to even fight others at this point, just camp until the circle is collapsing on you. this is that weird moment in BR where the map is so huge with such a low player count that you can just chill and work on yourself.
