With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

So what the fuck even is fishtank. I stopped paying attention around a day or two during blood games, having 0 interest but caught up to the thread a few days ago and have been reading new stuff since. Haven't tuned into any of blood games or whatever this is now but seriously, is this literally just "lets pay random people and friends to hang out while we film it 24/7"?

Trish was live on YT earlier and i thought id just report on something interesting mentioned: Sam rang various tattoo places to see if they could give advice on Trish getting an apprenticeship & he also told her to keep at it otherwise shes just an attractive bitch whose completely useless.

Just some other shit: she apparently barely spoke to Brian during 2.5 even off camera (make of that what you will). She reckons even Sam/Jet dont know when season 3 will be (lol). She will apparently talk to them about season 3 and try to get a role like Letty has now.


actually we got one new / strange piece of lore: Jimmy came up in discussion and someone mentioned hes constantly flipping his shit because hes got repressed anger from serve childhood trauma. According to Trish she (going off what she said) has the exact same issue. Putting 2+2 together she also must have suffered some form of bad trauma growing up ? (ive never heard her mention being abused as a kid)

She said she charges per person for virtual classes. They agreed on $650 for 2.5 hours. FT paid and asked when she would be arriving to the house. She was like "tf I don't do in-person" and then changed her mind - she will do in-person if they drive to her. And then she said sorry, no refunds and called them scammers.

There is absolutely no reason why she couldn't have just sent a refund. She didn't do any work for them. In fact, she even said that her classes are all exactly the same. She was mad about them wasting her time, but seemed to have very open availability and this whole conversation happened within the span of 48 hours.

I doubt Letty is good with her own money and when it's not her money she's probably not careful at all. Everyone involved seems retarded and Jet definitely was encouraging people to harass the lady as a form of petty revenge.
 
Looking at the sacredtemplearts website it looks like they do in fact offer in-person as well as virtual seminars, furthermore it sounds like they spoke phone beforehand so there may have been some miscommunication at that stage.
Anyway, I can see missing the word 'virtual' in the Sasha's first mail, but her subsequent reply makes it crystal clear what they're talking about. The only explanation I can see is that this particular mail got buried, which kinda does checks out when you look at the e-mail chain. So I'm willing to show some understanding on the grounds that this is very likely Letty's first ever job and that this is a rookie mistake (I've been there myself).
What I can't understand thinking it's a good idea to mobilise an internet mob to pester some small business over your own screwup. Even if they're being a bit scummy it seems like you're just drawing a bunch of unnecessary heat on yourself.

One thing is for sure, Letty will never ever ever forget this lol. This is her first real job as far as I'm aware and this is one of those classic first-job making-assumptions not-reading-emails-fully mistakes.


You can imagine it in your head, Letty sitting outside and Jet explaining to her that it's not over it's just $650 and for a business that's not so much... a classic American scene. I bet 20% of why Jet kinda fucked up by throwing the fans at this lady was so that we'd pay less attention to Letty's role in it.
