I don't really see how they're going to be making enough money in this cell challenge to offset the cost of the bandwidth

I don't remember what the address is, but it's possible they have fiber.
Either way I'm sure they have a business plan with uncapped data and an SLA for uptime.
They're not significantly expensive, like 100$ a month from verizon.

Yep, it's a residential house. They likely just have regular internet service. I assume they have the website/hosting service in a datacenter somewhere which could cost quite a bit, but it's only a single 720p feed. 720 uses about about 3Mbp/s, which is about 2TB/day per feed. That's nothing for guaranteed bandwidth. They may be recording locally, but if not it's about $10/TB of storage. It probably isn't costing them much.

They need to recoup the costs of paying for the house/repairs/actors/food though, which based on how cheap they are with the prize money and how little they paid everyone for season 2.5, they probably are making bank. Jimmy mentioned that he is going to be able to make enough to fix the hole in the floor of his car in early season 2.5. I bet the wiggers are giving them maybe $1000-2000 each for the main actors. Most of the NPCs get free lodging and food, Sam joked that he was giving Mauro's contractual $500 to someone else, and Sodaman said he did it for free but may have been joking. For 2 weeks and ~20 people that'd be maybe $15,000 for two weeks. The LTE coverage and phones ala bulk business plan may have been $100 each and that's on a higher end for plans/unlimited data. The cameras and gear may have been rentals, building everything probably took the wiggers a few months if that, and it was mainly made out of old junk and plywood. I would guess they put it all together for $15,000-$20,000.

They probably made that in TTS within the first day or two.

They are definitely playing up the begging for the camera.

Earlier in the cell a person called Yunistus was introduced. He was a camerman from S2.5 and he was playing a character, but I think only Dave and Zoltar didn't know that. Production made a "superbed challenge" as a setup for him. The superbed consisted of 3 mattresses put next to each other to form a big bed. Challenge was to fall asleep on them and the first person to do so would get the reward. Yuni started to beg Letty to free the mattress while calling others gross and saying how he doesn't want to touch them.

This escalated to Yuni throwing Letty off. She went right back on it. Eventually Letty had to go to the bathroom, so he hopped into her bed and she went to sleep with the rest, but upside down.

After a bit she got up to pour water on him and annoy him till he left:

While in cell he broke the character multiple times holding the laughter in.

I know they offered Jon an extra $1,000 to stay so I have a hard time believing $1,000 was the base. Jimmy also mentioned after the show something about how he was confused at the payouts and thinks the totals were based on "performance" or something and that they might not have all been paid the same in the end. It also seems weird for the tower to offer $4,000 if they were only paid $1,000.

My guess - $3,000-$4,000 for main cast, less for Vance or Tayleigh more for the human survivors and Jon.

Yeah, from what I understand, cowboy was in charge of building everything and he probably just enlisted the help of wiggers.

That estimate is probably on the high end, like really they just built the bunk beds, at camp, the booths in schitty and then like the battle arena thing with the tower. So yeah maybe even 15k is generous but somewhere in that ballpark.

Wasn't Mauro's payment $3k? I have to assume that the contestants got more than that.

I meant put the entire season 2.5 together for $10-20k USD, Schitty probably costed them a grand.

Unfuckingreal....

So Jimmy joined the tank today. They played a game at one point where Jimmy started talking about his dick size and Letty seemed weirdly... interested?

At one point she got a bit tipsy and leaned in and said something about how she was feeling down and asked him to be merry and chipper for her. They were sitting on the bed a little later and she said it was the worst day of her life and he went "b-because of me?" and she said no she was feeling down from lack of vitamin d so they kinda... you know just scooted in together a bit.

They had done a dating game before he arrived and chat was blowing up at this point shipping them together so Ben came upstairs and made them do a dating thing. The conversation was really neutral but nice, I guess, but the main thing was that their body language was... like they wouldn't lean away and at one point Jimmy was kinda playing footsie with her, and TTS would joke about them and they wouldn't deny it

At one point there was an intermission and Jimmy found a scrap of paper and Oddbod saw him writing on it, they both left for the bathroom and Oddbod went "I know something you don't know............." and said he had read the note over Jimmy's shoulder.

Jimmy came back and passed the note to Letty on camera and Ben came in and wrestled Jimmy for it, this was the note
