He says he is not an actor and that he joined the show at a day's notice because someone dropped out and he had nothing better to do. Doesn't sound at all butthurt about being kicked off. Sounds like he normally did while talking to cameras. CK was really his ex. He isn't actually Jewish, says it was a bit. Octavius confirms he was there to mog Brian and was likewise recruited at short notice and that he wasn't closely following the show. He's shilling shit. Brian is too but to a much lesser extent, only saying to follow him on Instagram.

Duany'ay -145
Eliminations:
Taylor 1/2/24 - KO - Cause: et tu, tj?
Brian 1/4/24 - KO - Cause: Sacrificed to keep Jimmy on the show. If he's Brian, he's Crian!
Nifty: KO 1/4/24 - Cause: Chemical attack by Jimmy, eventually passed away from their skin absorbing too much poisonous cologne. Long live the content queen.
Delaney: ??? 1/4/24 - Cause: So obscure she faded from reality. She's probably still there, we just haven't noticed her yet.
So far has anyone been kicked off due to actually losing a challenge or has every fish either been kicked off, left on their own, or was voted off at random. Like whats the point of doing challenges when even if you win immunity the production can just go "haha jk goodbye" 3 days later.
I agree. Kicking Brian off felt random and retarded. Eliminations should feel satisfying, and S1 did this a lot better using elimination challenges. The viewer goes to bed knowing Sylvia got kicked off for failing the IQ test and gains a narrative they can remember and enjoy. JC being the only non-plant being the first one out is probably not what jet wanted but was pretty funny. Summer flaming out was very entertaining.
Cole, Brian, and Meg's eliminations have all been unsatisfying.

Not only that but the reaction from the other fish when a person is kicked off is basically non existent compared to season 1. When a person was eliminated during season 1 people had real emotional reactions to it. Sylvia burst into tears when she left, Josie hugged Jon when he left and Josie was very upset by Vance leaving. There was real weight to it. Season 2 people don't really care when someone is kicked. Shit, when Jimmy got faked kicked off people didn't even react. It doesn't have the same emotional weight to it. Compare

When I say elimination all I mean is the circumstances under which they left the show. Anyone who leaves gets an eliminated stamp anyways. People can still quit and have it feel satisfying, see Mauro and (imo) JC.

Considering that they constantly have said someone has been eliminated and then immediately changed it to someone else every time so far this season, it's not that surprising tbh. I think a big part of the reason that the fish seem paralyzed is because they can't trust what production says is final, so they just have no reaction.
My question is why the hell is Trish still in the tank? Every other contestant has a fan base except her. Jimmy has fellow schizos and shitposters. Shinji has weeb fans. Tay has simps who thing she’s a /pol/ tradwife. TJ has autists self-inserting, hoping he gets with Taylor. Even Brian was more interesting than her. Will anyone even notice when she’s gone?

Trisha was important for a while. She was in the middle of a lot. Definitely deserves more credit than she gets. I do admit she’s fallen off. I think currently she’s here to keep the girl count up.
Trish could be good but she needs guidance and direction, otherwise she flounders around waiting for that guidance and direction. She won't do anything on her own or if no one is messing with her. Not the first or only fish like that.
If production told her to fuck with someome specific for an hour or to hide eggs or steal chips, etc, she would. She really reacts when being fucked with and not in a RAGEQUITTING THE TANK way, but in an entertaining way. But they haven't really sicced anyone on her or done much to mess with her since her lice inspection haircut. She isn't finalist material but she is under-utilized. She is very competitive on a micro scale, but in terms of the overall show/game she isn't thinking or trying.
^That's a good description, the show will be better without him whining and trying to dissect every bit as it happens. Production needs to remember this for the future and try to avoid bringing on people who are overly self-aware. I'm looking forward to the decrease in fourth-wall breaking now that he's gone. It's the one thing that really kills the show and Brian was responsible for a lot of it.
I don't think the self-awareness is the issue, it's the fact that they don't seem to get that breaking audience immersion is a very stupid thing to do and not a smart thing. They think they're being meta, but what they're actually doing is akin to a stage actor stopping in the middle of a performance and yelling offstage to the director "What's my line again? Also turn down the spotlights, it's making it hard for me to act."
Remember how Sam criticized scenery-chewing after the first season because Damiel and the other kept doing it? I think this whole "Haha, I'm playing a character in a show!" and winking at the audience is going to be what he bitches about in the wrap-ups. Being self-aware is fine, but for God's sake, don't wear it on your sleeve.

The eliminations last season were almost always bitter sweet. I liked seeing Sylvia and Letty bury the hatchet and slap each other, Vance telling Josie to win, etc. The lack of any real comradery/tension and the random eliminations are a symptom of a larger issue, that the fish this season know about last season and so they don't take anything seriously, plus production keeps interfering when they should stay back and let things unfold naturally and trying to push bits that don't work.
It doesn't feel like a reality/game show with hard rules or engaging characters, it's just a clusterfuck held together by duct tape. This season reminds me of the James Rolfe/CinemassacreTruth debacle, where the entertaining part isn't what the content creator is putting out, but the unbelievable dysfunction and incompetence going on BTS.
Didn't Jet just complain that they can't risk playing copyrighted material and taking a fine? Why are they just letting him play For the Love of Life from Monster without any sort of remixing, does he have free reign to do whatever he wants now? If so, a lot must've been said either when he was outside, or when they faked the elimination.
