The show is 100% over if Jon ever leaves. They're not kicking him. He's the only strong cast member. Some of the others are decent support but he's the only who can actually make a reality show entertaining.

It's a 24/7 show, nothing and no one can realistically be entertaining at all times. Jon is simply the one who provides the most content out of the fish.

I've watched way too many hours of this shit and can tell you what you're seeing now in room 2 is what always happens when Jon isn't around. Without Jon, people do nothing or just trash talk him or have stilted conversations. The most I've seen from others is when Letty had that baby shaking idea. Otherwise, almost all of the good content has been created by Jon directly or indirectly.
