This is an interesting scenario. When some dirt gets found out about the fish they are uniquely prevented from promptly DFE. Even if he left now and started scrubbing, Simmons is fucked
 
Vance now realizing how close he lives to Jon. Bend to Seattle is a good 5-6 hours drive, could Jon get that far?
 
I'd like to think Letti switching over to Vance is because after the mustard incident she now knows precisely what kind of retard Jon is and not just because they're teammates.
 
Remember that Sam has been going around trying to pitch the show and then all this shit has come out about Simmons. Makes me wonder if Sam screaming Nigger at him is a clear sign of giving up on that dream.

Conspiracy theory: Sam trained Jon tonight to get his T up, and he brought Damiel back to provoke Jon into attacking him in a retard roid-rage. It'll fly now because the site is back up and Damiel won't press charges for getting assaulted on the show since he's a plant.
