Pretty sure Damiel was the one with the court date during the show. It's why he got "eliminated" and is now back, because he was never eliminated in the first place.

Even if that was true, I don't see any world where they don't just go "We have to take Damiel to something" (explain in interviews) and no one but Jon would be upset. Instead, if it was planned to get him out, he picked a fight with a tard and lost, they gave him his phone, had him break the rules, and just walk back in like it was nothing. The fish are not going to stay and deal with bullshit like the TTS if they can look at Damiel and think for even a second that he might just win because of Jet.
