With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

Yeah. I’ve got empathy for her. Her parents coddled her after her sexual assault and no she doesn’t have tools. None of those things are her fault. I’m not saying she’s without responsibility of her own actions. Just that this is a person that needs serious help that’s never going to come.

Letty sucks [though admittedly the slime is growing on me when she isn't talking about feces] but the hate she's getting is really extreme, not here but on paypig chat [cancer] and scattered on Twitter.

Shows are smart to have that "character everyone dislikes" person and they got it with Letty. But Letty has an obsessive stalker leaking extremely private trauma, revenge porn, and active [albeit retarded] threats which are now being used as ammo by viewers against her. This adds a layer to the vitriol I don't think the "dislikeable contestant" types usually get.

I think she benefits the show, scheming behavior and seething jealousy are entertaining here despite it actually sucks irl. And a big chunk of Jon's content are his interactions with/against her.

But a lot of people are spitting venom and taking her existence really, really personally. Then again, I guess you don't sign on to a show like this unless you want to shill your online presence and media. Everyone there is getting the attention they wanted, just maybe not exactly how they wanted it.
