Pretty crazy they have this footage because it wasn't being broadcast at the time. Someone must have accessed the database with the raw files.
 
The babies appear to all have speakers, constantly playing crying sounds. This appears to be a simulation of TTS donators, specifically when they A-log a contestant, because it sounds the same.

EDIT- The babies are $1700 a pop. Which also isn't far off from the TTS fee.
