Even with the 'tism, wouldn't having close male peers help alleviate some of those problems? He's kinda reminding me of Classic Era Chris and by that I mean someone who is likely socially isolated. at home.

I'm sure there are ways you can learn to cope with it, but it's your brain legitimately not operating properly. He likely understands what sarcasm is, his brain just struggles to tell the difference.

Was it just me, or was there a big energy shift after that most recent interaction between Jet + the other shark and the fish? The fish were all riding high seeing their minor internet fame on their phones after the swatting and then the women got really shook up/weird during the shark's goofy story about his ex's cutting or whatever. I'm still maintaining hope that this will turn into a Hell House over time.
 
I just realized earlier Jon told Jet that the lights made him want to puke and Jet said "Oh really? we'll turn those off for you guys", and they're still on.
