Whew, that was a read.

I'm pretty salty that Rhea was never playable in AM. I think I read in an interview that the devs had this arbitrary rule to only have characters related to the Monastery be playable. That doesn't answer why Rhea isn't playable but whatever. I get this impression from the 3H interviews that the devs didn't know what they were doing and are maybe far up their own asses. 3H feels a lot lamer when you realize that the reason why Dimitri has an eyepatch is basically for edgy aesthetic reasons. I also don't understand how anyone can say that the game has deep lore or some shit. It just feels shallow to me when Petra's paralogue is just a recycle of Marianne's.

The way they handle tragic childhoods just feels really cheap and the fact that fans use that as a shield is really annoying. Dimitri still comes off as an edgelord and Edelgard still comes off as a discount Napolean-esque character.

I used to have an SF account for a brief time, but I remember the mods in particular came off as rather cunty. Maybe that's a result of a bunch of teens and pseudo-intellects swarming the forums and those same people are also moderating it.

Any ideas what the next game will be? What artist are you hoping they'll go with?

Yeah, she actually emailed Nintendo and she's proud of boilerplate response that she got from them.

Everything else is pretty much what's wrong with waifuism.
 
I decided to write Nintendo, to share the story of my experiences growing up with Ike, and the lasting impact he’s had on my life. Since then, I’ve made it a tradition to write each year expressing my happiness and gratitude. I CAN NOT overstate the positive influence both Ike, and the story of his world have had on me. Kinda sad that her kid got dragged into her RP.

On the topic waifuism and general lolcow behavior, I remember stumbling upon an SF thread where someone projected themselves onto Cordelia through assburgers. No I'm not kidding.
I remember Omegaxis1(I think that's their name?) being pretty tistic over anything Edelgard related.

At least he got dunked on with the fact that Miriel and her son are the real autistics in that game.

But it's still kind of missing the point that hyperfocusing on certain aspects is a trait of autism.

OH MY GOD, this Anacybele bitch. I think she was crazy obsessed with the Ike/Elincia ship and, when Radiant Dawn sunk it, wrote horribly OOC fics where a jealous Geoffrey (the closest to Elincia’s actual love interest) went nuts over it. @Daisy could you confirm it?

Yes, that was her. She went by EmblemQueen back in those days, and her fic included Geoffrey getting drunk, throwing javelins into crowds, and destroying artwork of Elincia.

Can confirm that she loves ike/Elincia and also Sylvain. Y’all thought I was tistic now? You should’ve seen my fucking SF account. I was a stupid ass middle schooler who sperged a lot about Fates. She seems nice to me at least, as she actually wrote a pretty damn good Frederick/Robin wedding Fic. I cannot confirm the Geoffrey claims since I never read her DoD Fic because I could never get into it. She also drew Ike/Elincia as ponies once


Edit: This Niqua bitch and Ana are not the same person, Ana has explicitly said she’s white and Niqua ships with Ike due to muh racism.

That wedding fic was the only one of hers that I've actually read, and it was pretty alright (aside from her ridiculous hate-boner for Sumia). Anyway, now that Ana's been officially permabanned from SF, it's definitely not going to be as much fun around there.
