I think it comes down to how stilted and consequently predictable the support system forces characters to be. And when they do go for something unexpected it often doesn't land with everyone.

That's exactly it, specifically that every character has to marry every other character of the opposite sex. You have to write the characters as generic as possible for this to work and that was the experience I got with Awakening. It was kinda cute in the pre-Awakening games that you could have a few characters end up married or as traveling partners but I don't need a digital dollhouse where I can mix and match every plastic waifu and husbando.

I actually skimmed for specific parts considering I was pseudo involved with Indie's side of the story. Derail messaged anyone he could who he knew was in contact with Indie. I'm actually the person in that Discord DM, and Derail used the knowledge that Indie owed me an art commission (which she refunded and owned up, apologizing for not working on it) to try and get more info out of me when the most I knew was that Indie was not comfortable with Chaz and how he was acting, and that he kept making advances after their hookup. Chaz didn't mention Derail, who had been going on a relentless manhunt for info from people who knew Indie, nor his fallout with his own Discord server. His smoothtalking can only get him so far.

That reminds me of someone that went by Lu Bu Feng Xian sharing some testimony on Chaz. He talked a lot about Chaz sperging over Discord when the second wave of drama was unfolding. There was also an interaction he shared between him and Indie where it seemed like Chaz was using her to find dirt on Nimious. It's impossible to say if it's true but it is interesting.

Oh Rinkah. Too bad you stats don't lend much outside of Defense and you are in the easiest of the 3 versions of Fates. I always wanted a female Pirate/Berserker class and with the build to match. If Constitution was a thing,Rinkah would be a nice 9.

-Why does Kagero have more than 2 times the growth rates in strenght than Rinkah?

The best way I found to use her is to give her the fighter class from the avatar which has growth rates more adapted to her and great skills.
-She enjoy the +5 hp skill and growth from fighter and the crit bonus,growth in hp and axefaire from berserker.
That was one of the coolest thing in fates for me: finding a nice class combo to make mediocre character viable.

Lu Bu Feng Xian is a guy in the FEH community since the beginning when Takumi was broken, his basic shitck is he is a fairly reasonable in-control whale (He has apparently some sort of big well paying job) who shows off his stupid meme whale builds or as he put it his "brain damaged builds". So Lu Bu is in a decent community position, and at least comes off as a reasonable person who can provide practical advice due to him being someone with some kind of life experience, to have someone like Indie try to talk to him about Chaz who I believe also started in the FEH community.

I tried for about 10 minutes to watch Chaz's video before I started skipping around looking for anything worthwhile. Mangs' video is whatever and I don't like the guy much even before all of this, but Chaz's feels so god damn forced by comparison. It feels like I'm watching a computer instruct a human how to explain things in the most optimal way possible. I can understand that Chaz could be that type of person who prefers to ensure he has a pre-planned script to ensure he doesn't fumble or fuck anything up, but it makes for such a robotic apology then again based on my skimming it barely feels like an apology for anything it is just a big statement of "I'm right, please stop calling my a rapist" for almost two hours.

Also Goose and Lucky Crit are the top comments on the video, what a shock.

tbf the Ninja Master class is hella good due to having spammable 1-2 range and Kagero's easily able to hit that.
Alternatively, there's also the dread fighter thing which idr if it's paid dlc. Good caps tho.

I do wonder what is everyone's thoughts on the whole Mangs situation after all is said and done?
I know this is a sour topic but I feel that after all the shit that has happened with no solid conclusion,I feel as blueballed as I was when Chris Hansen and Co. fucked up the Onision Case.

Like Mangs is as far as I can tell can be pretty shitty and a shit friend but I am still unsure if we got enough evidence to 100% confirm he was a rapist. The way this situation was mishandled is very textbook Cancel Culture BS in how they fail to do anything worthy of such efforts to actually bring down criminals and to protect innocents.

Added with Chaz being a wrench in the works and I honestly cannot look at a lot of the FE Tubing Community the same way. Mekkah seems to be doing fine cause of him being the ultimate professional in all this and those who chimped out are made to look worse cause of their zealotry added with not going to proper authorities to begin with.

It made me consider the Smash Community being safer cause when there is a nonce in their midst,they GET SHIT DONE. And Chaz's Apology Vid if you can call it that is utter trash. He lacks any sort of humility he should have when the shoe was on his foot and he is still thinking he has any moral high ground to accuse others. Like when Mangs did his apology and mentioned his mental health I had to somewhat roll my eyes a bit till he mentions MarkyJoe actually stopping him from ending his life. That added with Mangs showing some level of humility does help his otherwise So So apology. Compare it with Chaz it really does paint Chaz as being worse since he cannot see the position he is in and how little of any high ground he has.

Nevermind that Chaz KNEW Mangs' history with women and yet Chaz chose to feed Goosephone to the dogs by letting her sleep in the same room as Mangs even when he considered being the one in said room with Goosephone. All this rubs me the wrong way and I am pretty much blacklisting a lot of FE Tubers as a result if I can even stomach to watch any videos from here out.

Mekkah seems to put out decent content in a consistent schedule and Mangs seems to be doing fine in terms of views last I checked. Considering how small the FE Tubing Community is when it comes to gaming communities. Hell,I think the Yakuza Fandom is getting more views atm but I digress.

Sorry for the rant but I really did not like how inconclusive all this shit turned out and am pretty disgusted by a lot of the people involved in this.

I think a couple pages back I voiced my grievance of having this thread clogged with e-celeb drama. I was initially annoyed because I thought it would be boring but it ended up being interesting with Chaz and all. I kinda wish there would be a separate thread for that stuff but it likely wouldn't go anywhere since the most popular guy involved never even peaked 100k subs. Overall I feel pretty unsatisfied about it for obvious reasons. Perhaps it's the optimist in me, but something tells me that someone will assblast him sometime soon. Objectively there is a lot of glaring issues with Chaz's video that it could easily be picked apart by someone autistic enough to watch said video in full. If not, at least watching Chaz sperg at the subreddit on Twitter is pretty funny and rich. Him and his lackeys will likely sperg at DonDon or Deltre if they ever try to rebuttal him.

Personally I find Mangs to be a bit of piece of shit. I don't think he's as bad as Chaz considering he didn't whine about the FE subreddit banning him. He also doesn't pretend to be some infallible moral crusader. While he claims he wants and is trying to change, I have my own doubts and skepticism. I think he has the capacity to change, but it would require a lot of work on his end to make that a reality.

Probably an unpopular opinion, but I really hope Koei Techmo never touches another mainline FE game ever again. A lot about 3H rubs me the wrong way and the way it's optimized is really weird. Like if you want to promote someone you have to go back to the monastery which would mean that the game would have to load out the entirety of Garreg Mach even though you're only occupying a small area to do something that could easily be done in the prep screen.

I'm fine with having another FE: Warriors game though. It's actually not that bad. I just wish they were more mindful of the cast composition and the representation of each game. While I would sum up the story as pretty bad, there's something about it that I find off-putting. Some characters are either recycled or basically copy and pasted something that exist in other titles. Like Rowan and Lianna are basically an off-brand version of Ephraim and Eirika. The voice acting also feels a little weird. Maybe it's because I'm not use to hearing Fatesawakening characters voice their dialogue or maybe it's the cheesy dialogue that holds back the VA's talent.

Yep but if I can put my tin foil hat on, I am pretty sure fe 6 gonna get a remake in the futre that's why they didn't make a port on switch yet nor in the eshop.
I love fe 6 tho I don't now why but I had a blast playing it.
I even played a RR rom with trial units and I enjoyed it.
Not really sure why I love it the story and the maps are not that great but I love it even more than fe7.
They did a good job with echoes maybe they could do justice to the gba fe games
