Chaz Aria LLC is the name of his private contractor business, mainly in IT work and sound system installation. Now when you google his business, on the first page there's a compilation of evidence against him in regards to the allegations, thanks to him being a big enough tard to use his business name as his YouTube channel.
This also plays a part in the allegations, as the encounter happened while he was travelling for a job. He guilt tripped her into coming to his hotel by claiming he paid "out the ass" for it, despite his client paying for his travel and booking.

He then is accused of ignoring her telling him no, and committing actual penetrative rape. He claims he only committed sexual coercion, and he is not a full on rapist.

Yeah I was trying to get this sorted out for myself because the information on social media is really disjointed and a LOT of the Chaz and gay ops crew stans are still trying to get the narrative their way.

I read about half of it before I gave up because I didn't want to continue.
It is like Kotaku missed/ignored that Byleth is a barely functioning husk of a human being due to Sothis that has almost no emotions until much later in their life as Sothis becomes more active. Byleth is outright stated to have never cried in their 20 something years until mid way through the game by their father. Even by the end of the game Byleth has barely any real emotions. Even Corrin or Robin have emotions even if they're fairly boring emotions.
The title "Ashen Demon" is solely due to Byleth's absolutely in-human expression and way of reacting in combat and "Fell Star" is a plot element for the evil mole people. It has nothing to do with disrespecting Byleth, one points out Byleth's cold calculated way of fighting and the other is a title that is more a statement of what Byleth represents then anything else.
Unless you want to argue that Non-binary meme gender people are emotionless people then Byleth should not represent them in anyway. Even if this were true, Byleth's lack of emotions (and arguably their entire birth) are artificial and they weren't intended to be born that way. So are Non-binary people just artificial human beings now or what?

It's mostly on how the character selection screen was worded as "form" as opposed to gender. Plus, it goes into an misguided story on how difficult it is for the cast to understand Byleth.
