I find it funny how Donlot doesn't know who Cyraxx is whenever I bring him up.

Honestly, can someone make a Cyraxx Emblem Romhack where you play as Cyraxx as a Bandit with shit stats and no growths?

reproducing with hilda is a terrible idea, she technically carries the absolute goatse-level butt chin gene because of holst. don't risk it
Eliwood really had the best idea. Bed a manakete to make super powered kids and/or dragonkin.

What would even be the goal of a genealogy remake? To try and make it more approachable for a foreign audience? Fat chance I say. Not unless you just totally rewrite the entire game. Best case scenario is to just translate the original, put it on the snes emulator (or, more likely, do the timed sale thing they did with FE 1), and let people discover it themselves.

Portraying the story with modern graphics would be the main reason, even if it's not really necessary. Shadow Dragon got remade, Gaiden got remade, and many agree it was even better than the original, why not give the same treatment Gaiden got with SoV to Genealogy?

Plus, putting an option to trade equipment would make all the low turn counts turboautists want to make Kurt Cobain tributes. What's not to love?

I've said this before, and I'll say it again. Genealogy's trading mechanics are really cool. There's all these obscenely high impact pieces of equipment dotted throughout the game and limiting how you can move the from one unit to another is a really interesting way to force the player to prioritize strategize.

Yeah. Seeing how you can freely and fully repair weapons in Genealogy, the game was made with that in mind.

The only thing I would want is a Rescue Mechanic since Foot Units are just too slow and even with it,some units can just pull Hit and Run Tactics on mounts when footlocks cannot. It would help with units who Yeet Bosses to get there very quickly and for Tanks like Ardin to get a bit more use.

Yeah, I neglected to mention that, yes, Rescue and maybe Tellius shove mechanics would definitely improve the game.

Improved graphics, voice acting, QOL improvements, and just having official stateside release and potentially improving some of the writing and expanding the lore. The reasons seem simple to me
