Maybe they should just make more story content and expand on the supports like the fans foam at the mouth over instead of expanding pointless extremely situational perks on maps that aren't 5x5 smartphone screen grids like Heroes.
I kind of know what most of them do; but as you said, most of the stuff that comes from the rings are extremely situational or they'll essentially turn the game into easy mode. Plus, the passive abilities that comes from some of promoted classes is mainly geared towards being aggressive. And also, it turns out that both of the twins are simps.

I'm not entirely sure if this is an localization thing. Yes, there's the Alpaca Hero and how Rosado isn't an convincing femboy that woke crowd fell in love with. But this feels an little bit too on the nose for it to be an random exaggeration, considering how Framme is acting in this one.

I'm excited that they're sticking with the one route story because fates and 3h proved they can't write stories with multiple routes, excited that Lunatic mode is a day one option so that probably means they play tested that difficulty. Not really worried about rings, will probably be like PoR and RD where you can unequip and equip skills to units at will. Have zero faith for the story, will probably just be a generic FE story where hero kills a dragon, maybe with a twist that MC is involved like Robin. Will probably have nostalgia bait like "Remember the time that thing happened in Shadow Dragon?"
People on Serenes Forest are in love with the combat...But that's essentially it, aside from the LGBT representation that this game allegedly has. Other than that, they're mostly antsy over how inconsistent the advertising is between the two main branches of Nintendo and how bland the plot is shaping out to be.
