And he conveniently forgets about the mole people that Edelgard is working with.
I don't think he even knew about them. Found it hilarious in his final chapter, Ingrid asks, "They aren't wearing the same uniforms, who the hell are they?" His response: "I 'unno. They left once their leader was killed, so who cares?"

The entire Evil Cult plotline kinda gets accidentally’d in Azure Moon as is when we kill Arundel/Thales, especially since it’s right after we kill Tits McGee who’s name I honestly forget. Those two, and the one Named Cultist in the Final Azure Moon chapter, are basically all the leadership (that we know of, and that last one is a stretch to say the least) for TwSitD - and AM is the only route that doesn’t have the Cult fire a Magic Missile at us.

Azure Moon might be the closest to being a traditional FE plot, but there’s so many plot threads that don’t get tied off depending on which route you pick - that’s probably the point, though at least they handled the Route Structure better than Fates did…

Suggestions for Hilda? Right now she has been a Fortress Knight for a while and is wrecking shit.

Blue Lions was done dirty regarding the mole people. After playing it you see who was the favorite lord of IS.

Golden Deer is unironically the best route but it's sad it was rushed, there was more potential regarding the Agarthans to have more than a single dubstep map, we didn't get closure about Cornelia, nothing more about Nabateans besides Flayn's two uncles and nothing of value about Dark Knight.

So far I still liked the "fuck the church" edgelord run with Edgelordgard.
Cringe.

FUCK YOU, FAGGOT NIGGER.

I honestly think GD would have been more interesting if Claude, instead of being an irrelevant sand nigger with little to no connection to Fodlan was actually a mole person who wanted mole people and Fodlan people to coexist, that way you could also keep the anti racism and open borders part of his route.
Also i have to admit i like Edelgard's route way more than i should because it scratches that itch of "being the badguy" that conquest left in me (i was a retard and when i saw Fates promoting itself with the whole "your choices would shape the story" I actually believed it instead of seeing it was just pokemon versions), that, and i also fucking hate Rhea and any route that lets me kill her with contempt instead of just mercy killing her like in SS is good in my book (BL is still my favorite route overall to)

Maybe they were concerned about borrowing too much from FE4, since that is half of Arvis's motivation?

Edelgard wasn't a bad guy. She was right.
Ow the edge. She could've prevented most if not all bloodshed if she would've just pulled Dimitri and Claude aside and said: "I know this sounds crazy, but the Church is filled with lizard people" because they're dragons haha

This is more or less the exact reason why I hate 3H. At least most of the other antagonists had a few reasons on what they did...Even when it boiled down to "our senile dragon god is turning evil, let's do what he says so someone else can hate him enough to kill him."

I’ve joked to a friend that the entire cast, except Claude, needs serious therapy. There’s some irony that the brown kid is the one that has his shit together - especially when the other token brown characters are a Manservant, a Child Servant, or Petra (yeah I don’t have anything particularly witty for her, but the other two are fairly on the nose…)

IIRC the BE supports heavily imply that she didn't have a choice in being there. She is more or less a POW.
There's outright talk that she's actually a hostage to keep Brigid in line but she's been told she's only a guest.

I can't bring myself to kill her after my first BL run where I did :( and she's too good as an assassin to not recruit.

NIGGER FUCK YOU.

The nobles were all deluded and crazy and the church was lying. If Feet Rhea told the truth everything would have been fine.
If Edelgard went around yelling about how the Church was fill of Lizard People, she’d have gone down as the Fire Emblem equivalent of Alex Jones - fucking crazy yet inevitably proven right - and completely dismissed as a character outside her own route. Moreso than the other Lords already are anyway…

Nintendo's writers aren't cool enough to have done that.

Frederick... okay I was going to make a joke about Ferdinand being not-Frederick. But when I looked up Frederick to double check the spelling, autofill went with "Fire Emblem +Frederick autism".

Why??
