tbh all the DT voicework was a noticeable decline in quality. The direction was completely fucked and I don't feel like it really got better until 6.3.

Sena’s shit performance was so revolutionary, it led to an entire mod to replace only Wuk Lamar’s dialogue with the Japanese VA being created. The first of its kind (as far as I know)

I prefer the mod that replaced all Wuk Lamat voice lines with random cat meowing. Apparently it doesn't work anymore, or it only works for base DT.

The meow mod is only for 7.0 and 7.05. It's the same mod as the Eng > JP mod.
Someone made a continuation for 7.1 to 7.4 but it's only Eng > JP, no meows

Ah yes, the line delivery that was so bad and so meme'd to death that they had to have it re-recorded. I sincerely hope that "Speeeen lissun tu miiii" follows "Sena" for the rest of his career.

I would have to imagine that when they went to re-record, the enthusiasm of being Wuk's VA was already over. People didn't like the character, the VA, and it's probably the only time the FFXIV team had to come out and say "this take was horrible and we had to redo it" publically.

And despite everything, Sena still sucks shit and all of his lines even into 7.3 are still completely emotionally monotone.
The Big Epic Fight Against The BBEG was fucking miserable.
