Oh, every single ice mage I've seen has it, and is sure to drop it right before a movement mechanic such that their leyline uptime is about 3 secondsBold of you to assume that Ice Mages even have Ley Lines.

I more so meant how you use the long and shorts mits. Do you only ever have 1 mit up at a time? I typically have a long + a short or 2 shorts up at a time.
I basically use heart and aurora every single time off cool down regardless if I have nebula/rampart/camo up.I would certainly hope, based on the game knowledge she's expressed over the course of the thread, that she knows exactly how using stuff like Nebula + Heart works.
You asshole, lmao. This is one of my favourite things to do on WHM during a dungeon. Let the tank's HP go so low that their asshole is clenched tightly and they think they're about to die, then hit em with a Benediction for a full heal.
I get to spam Holy more and the tank being nervous is funny.
There was one a ways back when I started all the way in Shadowbringers, but like 3 people total joined or something. It was also on Crystal, if memory serves, which probably contributed to few people being interested. That and people being wary about having their mains exposed alongside the fact that people are broadly antisocial. Are we witnessing the birth of the first(to my knowledge) Kiwi Linkshell?
@Sheep King I can't join your gay fellowship because aether isn't my home DC.
I think the assumption on the Fellowship was that people would make alts for it. If I'm not mistaken, even just a CWLS doesn't function unless you hop over to the DC it's hosted on, though one has to be manually invited to that while both parties are online or whatever.
Yeah, your health is dropping like a *stone* but the healer is flinging rocks with gusto, so it... all works? My life for a healer that actually heals me when I W2W as tank in dungeons.
I get so many close calls that my clenched asshole gets more of a work out than my legs at work.
That's about the time I stop, assess whether or not I feel like salvaging this shitshow, and usually just reject the res to respawn at the entrance.(As the healer swiftcasts your rez that was only necessary because they weren't healing, they die, expecting you to pop right back up and... die saving the DPS, who are running away, and the healer is laying on the floor, and...)
Depends for me on how many mobs the healer was themselves pulling, while not healing me.That's about the time I stop, assess whether or not I feel like salvaging this shitshow, and usually just reject the res to respawn at the entrance.
My favorite is when, instead, I choose to salvage, the other DPS and the floortanking healer decide to take their sweet time returning to entrance and running back while I get things back under control, and then they only show up either right when I'm on the verge of dropping or after having dropped a second time. Bonus points when they act smug about it.
Yeah, the number of times I've seen the healer go jetting off to grab more shit recently is insane. I get that you want to go as fast as possible buddy but shouldn't you let the tank decide if they feel safe to pull more?Depends for me on how many mobs the healer was themselves pulling, while not healing me.
If i see my healer flinging rocks or lasers at mobs I haven't pulled, and i die... i also reject the rez.
"You wanted us dead, so we're dead."
I'm fine with it as long as the healer actually bothers pulling them towards me.I don't have an issue if I'm tanking and my party members run ahead to pull more. So long as they know to bring them to me, I'll do my job as tank and pull it off them.
If the healer feels that confident in me and themselves then I see no problem. Everything works out.
What about healers who rescue you into a bigger pull? I've had that a couple times and I never know how to react. It's the mix of helplessness, discomfort and role-reversal that you probably feel when your wife of 20 years tells you she wants to be "the man" in bed.I'm fine with it as long as the healer actually bothers pulling them towards me.
The number of times I've seen a healer, instead, attempt to kite them and run as far away from me as possible despite pulling makes me want to beat them over the head with a brick. Or, you know, they pull the whole "I'm gonna stand over here at the furthest edge of the room and YOU have to come and pull them off me, k thx" bullshit. Nigger, bring their asses to me.
If they do that, it's an auto comm from me.What about healers who rescue you into a bigger pull?
Simple answer? Challenge accepted. What about healers who rescue you into a bigger pull?
