I don't know if it's true or not, Asmon released a statement on it and it sounds like he does believe the accusations.

Could just be Asmon is a major pussy who can throw his friends under the bus to appease any accuser, but it seems more likely that Rich confessed that the event was true after having been confronted. I am personally leaning towards Rich admitted it's true since this action was pretty swift and heavy handed.

Anyway, editing to add, my thoughts are Rich either admitted to it himself or some more damning information and proof has come to light, since Asmon really wanted the full picture in the Miz situation before taking action, why would he speak out about one of his closest friends (Rich) if he didn't know shit was bad. He has also at this point referred to it as a 'crime' so, I'm sure there is more to come.

Because a lot of these "traumatic events" (and I'm painting with a very broad paint brush here so bear that in mind) that they "endure" aren't really traumatic events at all. They're just bad date nights or just a relationship that falls through and is never picked up again after the guy gets massive success meanwhile, you're left in the dust with nothing. It's clear that whatever friendship they had was soured and the out of pocket accusation in response to some weird kink comment he made was done so because he had triggered her with said pregnant kink comment.

According to her, they were supposed to be close friends and despite several warning signs, she keep continuously putting herself in risky situations with him out of some perceived desire to preserve whatever weird relationship they had. I wanna say that she probably just awkwardly dismissed him every time he sex pest'd her and not having an outright denial or stern talking to was just "unspoken consent" for him (if you don't have a serious talk about how something bothers you, the other person is never going to realize it's actually bothering you, not everyone can read minds and body language, some people need to have it beaten into their skulls). Especially if he thought they were friends at the time. Giving me the cold shoulder or trying to convey things to me in methods I don't pay attention to is the worst thing you can do. It's always better to be direct and clear, there's no better way to get your feelings across and stop misunderstandings from happening. Because then it becomes a blame game of who is more responsible. Who's really at fault here? Do you blame the person who failed to pick up on very subtle body language queues, or do you blame the person who failed to get the message across in the first place?

I kinda went on a tangent but again this is all speculation and until we get any further details about what was actually said and what was actually done, all we can do is just make headcannons about the whole thing.
