Although I'm sure Potate might have locked down their account after about three-four hours worth of half-hearted arguing purely due to all the cyberbullying they endured, and not at all because they themselves were just as actively involved in the greasy shit surrounding the billboards' creation.

Anyone with access can archive the discord server using this tool and subsequently upload it to archive.org or mega.nz and have someone else put it in a more permanent place. Keep in mind archive.org will delist content if someone claims harassment.

The things I miss from having a life, lmao. I seriously thought the billboard was an exaggeration till I read about it here.

If it does kill modding, we can at least blame coomer-brained assholes this time.
 
Well now if all the hosts get banned, who's gonna lead such a successful event? I think that guy Bill Board on the screenshot needs to take charge

I'd be glad if all the coom mods or rips from other games got yeeted. It's fucking awful trying to look around for anything cool or decent to mod into the game (in my case, specifically Imperial fitting guns for my Machinist) without them being ultramodern realistic or rips from softcore porn games.


Summoner mods have been pretty neat since 6.0. There's one dude that replaces the 3 big ones you get at 90 with other bosses, been thinking about installing their Alexander pack.

I'm kinda amazed that these idiots don't realize that this could be causing a hornet's nest full of issues. Companies are very protective of their brand/properties/etc. especially when it comes to advertising. The most obvious example is how the NFL has 'Superbowl' on complete lockdown and venues can get in trouble for having a 'Superbowl Party', which is why you see a lot of advertisements for 'The Big Game.'

While these idiots might think that it is harmless or whatever, SE may just come down on them like a ton of bricks because if they don't, it opens up the door for other idiots to do potentially worse/damaging things to their brand.

I'm also amazed that the billboard company didn't confirm that the person buying the billboard was authorized to use licensed images/logos/etc., but then again this might be a Yank thing or there's some sort of waiver the idiot who bought the billboard signed that absolves them of any wrongdoing.

Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see a ban or two for RMT. There's this one insufferable cunt who talks at length about how much she* gets paid to ERP with people and I assume these venues are making gil hand over fist because, well, this is a good chunk of the game's audience, lmao. I imagine that's how they funded the billboard.

Also, $12K for a 1 week buy at 4 locations? Dude got mulched, lmao.

* = claims they're female but honestly who fucken knows.
 
The fallout from this is going scorch the land. SE might have to put in serious effort to crack down on ERP & nightclubs and stuff.

Coomers about to get bent over, and not in the way they like.
