If any case, they might want to actually do something with VF beyond reselling 5 for years on end.

This is like Capcom with fifteen million versions of Street Fighter 2 but instead of QOL updates, it's... Idk wtf it is.
 
How the fuck do you sell a fighting game, let alone a remake/remaster to a studio? SF6 is a fairytale, rebooting the genre, and it sits at dogshit sales and complete PR scandal.
 
Who here has done Achievement Hunting in Ultimate Mahvel vs Capcom 3? I can't find any info if Heroes vs Heralds mode works for challenges marked as "Arcade/Online". I don't see why they wouldn't, but I want to know just in case so I don't waste my time. I'm talking about the offline mode for it BTW.

Also, regarding Mission Mode, is it even worth doing? I looked into what I have to do for it, and I'm already calculating how much money I will spend on new controllers when I keep breaking the ones I have out of frustration. Should I just bite the bullet and buy an arcade stick when I start doing them?

I'm kinda wondering if they will be individual characters or a package.
 
I played that Diesel Legacy game, and it actually is really fun gameplay wise, but the characters, while not Concord level, have very little charisma.

The company CEO seems to be a little lefty with his she talked about "reforming" MikeZ, so I imagine making them look "nonstandard" was a priority.
 
I'm interested in playing Diesel Legacy but it's mostly the relatively stiff looking and somewhat uninspiring character designs that says I can wait.
Say what you want about Skullgirls but the character design alone made me check it out in the first place. (Yes I'm aware of the connection these two games have)

Game doesn't come out till April, but it feels like we should have been playing it for a while already.
Am I the only one?

They probably still want people to enjoy KOF15 for a bit more before moving onto the next thing, specifically since Mature/Vice's DLC was like a week ago.

I just wanna get into fightan but everything about it sucks shit. Bad games, bad netcode, pluggers, predatory practices, non-rewarding training unlike other games you learn by doing.

The closest Ive gotten to a new kind of gaming ~euphoria~ was trying a leverless for the first time. No vague quarter circles, no barrier of muscle memory.

I don't suffer from pvp anxiety per say but I just imagine rather getting into another genre and it's liberating compared to >fighting.

Well, perhaps messing around games with good AI, like Virtua Fighter and Dead or Alive, or with good single player content, like Soul Calibur, can introduce the fun without the pressure.

Joe with glasses is not something I was expecting. I am actually super happy that Mr. Big is here. The guy has not been playable in any fighting game since....KOF XI on the PS2 so to see him return is very nice.

Edit: Okay but seriously, where are Freeman and Hokutomaru and the other Kim twin? Actually, where is Grant as well? I know Vox is supposed to be his successor but that doesn't mean you can't put him in the game if you got Kain.

I don't think I ever seen a season pass that contains zero people I care about.
I don't hate any of the choices, but at the same time I also don't care about them.

I get that. Personally I am neutral-negative to Andy and Joe being there considering Fatal Fury. Feels like they are playing it super safe - at the cost of actual Garou characters. I'd much rather have them than the old guard coming back yet again.

This feels a hell of a lot like SF3 getting cold feet and adding Akuma and eventually Chun-Li and would have eventually added Sagat, according to rumors, if we got a 4th version.

Say what you will SF3; at least Capcom didn't ax their new characters in favor of the old guard.

I will bat for Mr. Big for no reason other than some Art of Fighting love. And it's not Ryo again for once but...I have a feeling he's gonna be coming.

Edit: Omg going through the thread, I realized I called Mr. Big for Garou.
