That video clip is taken from a unknown Japanese show, Title is simply called ''Two Women Showing their neck'' for some very odd reason, Of course they showing their neck, duh!
Also the videos pictured from the playlist needs to be reported for sexual content.
The clip from the Japanese show is taken from the channel ''Female Neck Society'' and mostly has clips from certain Asian media, Usually Japanese media which is TV shows.

One of the most horrifying and specific types of fetishes I've seen is the haircut fetish, more specifically bearded men getting shaved. Here's an example.
It doesn't help that the description states "Short list of haircut videos with handsome men." I've seen haircut fetishists comment on vlogs which aren't fetishistic in nature.
