There's another Yaoi argument going on in this thread that was made to contain the Yaoi off-topicness in Stinkditch:

I lost at least three brain cells reading that thread. Thanks.

Edit: Thread tax I guess... gay men complaining about being fetishized because of porn and expecting female sympathy for it is so tone deaf. Fujos are annoying losers but they are such a non-issue compared to straight men who watch porn. Most gay men will never encounter a fujoshi irl, but women are completely surrounded by male porn users. Yaoi is a bigger problem for the women who consume it than it is for any man.

Right. Gay men aren't having the definition of their material biological sex legislatively expanded based on the feelings and ideas of others, primarily the opposite sex.

I mean technically they are in the sense that "men can give birth" is expanding the definition of man to encompass biological females, but they aren't under any physical threat from "seahorse dads" the way women are from males in our sports and bathrooms. It's somewhat complimentary to men to suggest that they're able to do things that only women are capable of. It's always women who are seen objecting to the terms "birthing person" and "chestfeeding" being used, because it's dehumanizing to us. I haven't seen too many men objecting to the suggestion that giving birth is a unisex activity, even though it's changing the definition of their biological sex as well.

Right. If that faggot can't see a difference between drawn images, albeit of degenerate nature, and outright snuff footage, I don't even see him as a sentient being.

Can anyone explain why women bitched for 100 years to be able to work and now you cant open linkedin or other social media without seeing women bitching about having to actually work. Is it pretty clear at this point they got bamboozled

Its almost entirely women complaining. Too long hours, mental health this mental health that, self care, take days off, dont work too hard. Youd think they were working in construction with the way they complain not sitting on their fat lazy asses in ac all day.

I said get better bait, not get worse bait. While you're at it, ask your local welfare office to mail you some apostrophes with your next check.

Not everything that gets your rancid panties in an uproar is bait. calm down you fat redditor bitch.

Women consistently report lower job satisfaction than men

Blue‑collar women report especially high pay dissatisfaction—40 % unhappy compared to 30 % of men in similar roles

About 50 % of working women report feeling consistently stressed—higher than the 40 % reported by men

In Australia, 74 % of women are considering quitting due to burnout, lack of support, especially from managers

like most things women cant hack it and need to be accomodated for.

Horrifyingly correct. Men of any sexuality do not give a shit enough to take arms until they can't fuck when/who/how they want.

MRW they're legalizing bussy or whatever as a form of reproductive reality

Who is/are your favorite feminist author(s) and why?

1. Andrea Dworkin because she never minces words. Her writing is accessible and hard-hitting. It forces the reader, regardless of sex, to confront how reality is shaped by sexual difference and used to the detriment of both sexes. She is unflinchingly feminist and well-researched within her writing, making all of her argumentation strong.
2. Similarly, I enjoy Luce Irigaray for her hard-hitting nature. Her tone is much lighter than Dworkin's, but her insightful looks into how women and men perpetuate sexual difference, especially through art and media (which Dworkin only occasionally covers), are particularly fascinating. She got kicked out of the Lacan School for being too feminist. The rejection letters she received from various publications she has hung framed on her wall in her offices.
3. Silvia Federici is an enjoyable read. A Marxist Feminist, a lot of her work deals with witchcraft and how the witch-figure shapes legislation and capitalist endeavor (i.e. fear of witchcraft = fear of women, so medicine as a field becomes male-dominated in order to legitimize herbology, homeopathy, etc.).
4. Audre Lorde is solidly enjoyable because she, like Dworkin, is accessible without sacrificing the hard-hitting journalism and argumentation. "The Master's House Will Never Be Dismantled With the Master's Tools" is a must-read for any feminist.
5. Ariel Levy's Female Chauvinist Pigs changed my thinking for the better. She shatters libfem choice feminist sex-posi bullshit 10 years before it hit the scene. Essential reading for anyone who's uneasily observed the hyperpornification of society.

Happy reading.

can anyone explain why men think a woman complaining (and oftentimes joking) about a shitty job means they were bamboozled and should actually be tradwifes? also who the hell hops on linkedin for fun?

I always recommend this book when I can. Ariel can come off as a bit libfemmy herself at parts, but it doesn't negate the fact that a solid 95% of the book is on point. The book even has a chapter on fakebois/pooners/TiFs, called "From Womyn to Bois". Trooning is, of course, nothing new. "Lili" Elbe tried to have a uterus installed into his male body in the 1930s and, in a fine example of Fuck Around And Find Out, died from it. The oh-so-based and trad and anti-degenerate 1950s lauded tranny males in the news. The 1970s had some of them rewriting laws. Robin Morgan called them out in 1973. But topics on pooners seems more scarce than their more violent male counterparts. While a lot of the "bois" in the book don't seem to have actually committed to the pooning, they act like the modern ones we know. Taking on the worse aspects of the lowly male species: DUDE SEX LMAO, deriding other women, proving just what doods they are. They were typically found in "queer" (read: tranny) spaces. Some indulged in polyamory. And above all, they just seemed like women who were desperate to escape the hatred and sexualization women and girls constantly face in every aspect of our lives. They're annoying, sad, self-loathing, and kind of pitiful. This book was published in 2005 and this chapter feels more relevant than ever.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Dude hops on LinkedIn to be angry. :story: Fuck Gen Z boss and a mini, if you want real quality rage fuel you need to go to the source. The only thing worse than a woman enjoying her job is when she doesn't enjoy her job. Either way, it's feminism's fault.

Also, if men want women to be less burned out at work, they could scroll on their phones a bit less and help mom around the house a bit more so she's not too tired to make your chicken nuggies. Just a thought.
