This isn't really anything new, but it still surprises me the level on which Slugfucker continues to deny reality. His entire world revolves around this fictional character that has no impact or bearing on anyone else.

The difference is that we have a history with Slugfucker 1.0. He engaged with us semi-directly, even challenging us to stop his "suicide" attempt.
If it were someone obsessed with pokeymans in general, this would be -- well, not acceptable or understandable, but -- alot less inexplicable.
I can see no reason why someone would do this at all, much less that two different whistleheads would have the same exact ultra-specialized 'spergasmatronic sub-sub-sub-sub-niche obsession. Even a ween would've dropped it after a couple of days. The fact that "Slugfucker 2.0" uses the same rhetoric to defend the same sub-sub-sub-sub-niche obsession, gives it away that it is the same person.
Nobody, not even the worlds weeniest ween would be this focused on upkeeping some other 'tardsicles "life goal".
Slugfucker seemed to have genuine passion for it -- misplaced, of course -- and a ween just wouldn't have the staying power.

Slugfuck communicated with us? All I remember was that he pulled the suicide card and everyone accepted it for a couple pages until based Null shut it down.

I've very rarely seen a person refer to sperglords as aspie without having the 'tism themselves. I will admit that this is purely anecdotal.

Also, having a malformed brain v. painful tumors that can come back, need to be removed in extreme ways that fuck up your body, and can kill you if you can't catch it quick enough, or still kill you even after years of treatment.

Eh, he's still a sperg, since the word "ass" usually loses a good chunk of its comedic impact when your brain starts to mature. So really, he's still emotionally 12 or so. Plus he still knows of that particular piece of parlance, even if he's trying to mock it.

Honestly, all of the above; the guy can't keep a story straight. He just uses whatever delusional headcanon excuse he can get his hands on to try and repel people living in the real world, and each time he pulls out something different. You'll hear every terrible, horrible excuse in the book from Slugfucker about how Goodras are/should be female only, even if said excuses have no consistency whatsoever and completely defy Poke'mon-game logistics.
