How the fuck is this lolcow material, even if you got it. Let's say you got a response and back and forth, do you think people want to read pages of two people smacking around nuclear power discussion? Take it to PMs if you really want Faye Kane's ideas on nuclear power.

Now we see it happening with Autphag. No one cared about Autphag for 2 years until he showed up and someone bumped his thread. I'll partially demur and side with @Overchek on this one, as this sort of engagement can produce enlightening and highly readable content. Consider the conversations about the animation industry with Wogglebuglover, ANT 497 Special Seminar on Topics in Physical Anthropology 3cr. with Amud, and even some of the Redesigning Eva critique in Connor's thread.

Certainly nobody wants to scroll through multiple pages of users yelling, "You're fat - I'm thin!" at our visitors. But engaging a crackpot in their niche is often genuinely interesting, as you see exactly where the thought process breaks down.

That said, it's my impression that "Faye" is a very good troll, but really not much of a crackpot at all. It's nice she's having fun batting us around, I guess. Whatever passes the time.
