Ness. He's the of character that actually requires a little skill such as the Pk thunder attack. Also he's pretty OP if you know what you're doing.
 
Mewtwo has been one of my mains in Melee and SSB4. I just looked up his spot in SSB4's tier and he's tenth place, so I'm gonna have to start playing again.
 
I guess Mario. He has lot of great tools in his pocket and his recovery isn't the worst one. Also his sudo shoto style is nice. Ken has been always my favorite character in SF.
 
Ike, primarily because he's got a mean jab combo and a good counter.
And the most satisfying smash attacks in the game, in my opinion.
