lol can't remember which one it is, but there's a healer class in FF14 that can swap its wisdom stat for its intelligence stat in combat, which makes it a somewhat decent damage dealer. Not as high as an actual DPS class, but it's absolutely amazing to have one during any fight that has a DPS check.

When I played on FF14, I would rock Monk. I loved how fast you can use abilities once greased lightning was maxed.

Not every party has a Monk. But when they encounter a party that does have a Monk, they wish they had one.

I always go for a battlemage/spellsword because I like using swords and such but also spells

Rogue for sneaky-sneaky backstab, but mainly to loot everything that isn't nailed down.
