I'd have to go with Rondo but Order of Ecclesia comes in a hot 2nd because the soundtrack slaps

Castlevania: The Adventure ReBirth on the Wii was pretty badass.
Aria Of Sorrow and it's sequel are my favorites, but the problem is that they are a bit TOO grindy. When I played them, I tried to go for a "completion" runthrough, filling up the encyclopedia and getting the rare item drops and souls from all the enemies. Took me DAYS to do that because some items/souls would just REFUSE to appear.
