From that list don't pick Berserkers they are meme tier that require tons of stuff to not get destroyed because the computer love to nail criticals to them

From Sabers:Cash cow Alter is a good choice, she is cheap and hit like a truck, Gawayn is now useful now that his nerf was removed (his numeral of the saint does not require you to be on a sunny map, once activate it the map become Sunny and you can use it), Sumanai has been fixed a lot but he is still very niche, D'eon is a tank but xir hit like a wet stick, Saber Diarmuid is also tricky to use but all his problems can be fixed with Skadi, Old man munemori is in a weird position, he and Lancelot are solid arts meme spammers but their utility went down with the inclusion of Saito, the guy has a insane NP gain and do the same of those two, you can literally spam his np if you level him up and nail arts chain

Archers: Only chiron because his NP hits hard, Bobmiya is still meh and Tristan is tricky

Lancers: Walkure, really the rest are meh compared to her

Riders: you already have the good ones so skip

Casters: Circe but only because she is just a little boosted version of Medea with a gimmick

Assassins: Chiyome only because DW love to spam her on events, kung fu guy is a gimmicky boy trying to be Jack the reaper and failing, Robot mom is also good even when she barely gets any love

shoot i forgot that chiyome's going to have a rate up next year on oniland, so i can safely get saber alter
 
The only issue with Saber Alter is that her NP refund is less than her 5-star counterpart, so you can't spam her NP as easily.
 
Thinking of either Saberlot or Diarmuid NOW WITH SWORD(TM) though a new archer might be nice

This event is grindfest left and right, grind to advance, grind to scan, grind to yadda yadda, no wellfare and also the only way to efficient grind some nodes is with Foreigners
 
I chose specifically the Heaven's Feel banner to roll on because I didn't need another Enkidu only for the banner to not give me either Saber and another Enkidu instead.

Is a weird ass event where you have to use Summer servants and foreigners to grind to scan the map, is practically playing Battleship with some battles, problem is that there is no wellfare and the two servants are underwhelming, Gogh is a support foreigner and Nemo is just so... plain mechanically speaking

In an interview with Japanese computer gaming magazine Comptiq, Fate/Grand Order Director Yoshiki Kanou said the team plans to continue the mobile game until it reaches its 10th anniversary. The wildly popular mobile game recently celebrated its 5th anniversary in Japan. The interview went on to say that the development team will continue to listen to player feedback and refine systems in Fate/Grand Order. [Thanks, Kars!]

Fate/Grand Order celebrated 11 million downloads with a limited time promotional campaign in 2020. During this event, all users who logged in would receive AP restoration items and level up materials. Now that it passed 12 million downloads, North American users can pick a 4-star Servant of their choice. The choices include a rather robust roster of great Servants that long-time and new users can pick from.

Refuse to put a pity system like any other gacha game, refuse to put a skip option for NP, refuse to raise the drop of items for skills and ascensions, refuse to put more harder QP quests, refuse to implement servants that have been requested for fucking years (Muramasa,Prototype Merlin, Tamamo Vicci, Sita and more recently Zeus, Aphrodite and Demeter), refuse to do a rerun of Santa quetz event, refuse to bring back halloween, refuse to put a anti dupe system on paid gachas, refuse to release the side games in america, refuse to implement a better account binding system, refuse to give power ups that are desperately needed for some servants

Yeah "player feedback" my ass

To be fair, if you actually compare it to other gacha games, it is more forgiving than most, if not all.
The only monetization is the quartz, while other gachas has monetization for leveling, money, materials, weapons, equipment, other miscellaneous materials. and it bombards you every single time.

Other gachas have you grind the weapon, armor, accessory, level, skills, rarity and most of the time, the items are different in every pool. while in FGO, materials for ascension and skill level are shared pool, so it has actually less grinding, only the skill gems are a little hard to farm and grind. Doesn't actually need to grind to max level the craft essences as the effects are really what you are after, not the stats. In fact, compared to other gachas, FGO respects your time better as you can do the dailies in less than 30 minutes, compared to other gachas which can take 2-3 hours as they are designed to waste your time and to keep you playing the game for the day as long as possible . In FGO, the only grinding you really have to do is during the lottery events, just so to get those skill gems more reliably than doing the daily quests. In fact, when I used to play Azur Lane, doing the dailies can take 2~4 hours every single day as there are so much grinding stuff to do.

While FGO has no "pity" system like other gachas, it has not a lot of powercreep. And with the type of gameplay FGO has, it is more of team synergy rather than relying on powercreep like other gachas where they have to keep introducing new SSRs. Heck, in Gundam Wars, this year alone, they have released 104 SSRs, and every new one tends to powercreep from the previous SSRs. And to top of it all, you have to draw the same MS 10 times in order to max rarity it, which is essential in the gameplay to keep up with the events. In short, SSRs in FGO has more value than other gachas, not just because they harder to get, but each SSR can last you for a long time. In fact, the only disappointing SSR I find so far is only Arjuna, but he is still useful due to the fact he's a SSR.

Not to mention the fact, that in other gachas you have a character gacha, weapon gacha, armor gacha, accessory gacha, item gacha and they have equal importance to get most out of your characters, unlike FGO, where its gacha only has craft essence and characters.

TL; DR: FGO is the fairest gacha game than most, if not all. You are just most likely blinded by other gachas that give out SSRs like free candy but has little to no value at all....
 
As a granblue fantasy player I definitely feel like a pity system would be nice to have. The way it works in granblue is that pulling the gacha gives you something called a cerulean spark for each pull, and if you collect 300 cerulean sparks on the same banner you get to trade them in for one rateup character of your choice. They implemented it after a japanese whale spent 6k dollars worth of gacha currency on a livestream trying to get the zodiac monkey unit Andira. (Hence the incident is known in the fanbase as Monkeygate) A system like this gives f2p players something to save for while whales can still moneyspark if they want to cause while they are capped on money per individual character they could still spend the leftover cash on whatever waifu of the month comes next.
