Weird considering that the great majority of Supports are Waver and Tamamo that are not limited or sometimes you can spot a whale with a Merlin (i suppose he is talking about US)

Its more or less about having all of your bases covered and having more leeway in party synergy instead of basically making your strategy revolve around on your supports.
Anyway, I tried to roll on summer banner 1, hoping to get Bonnie or Marie, since I still need more Archers and Caster. Since there's no Assasin on the banner, I thought it was safe, I rolled a ticket, and it was Zerker Kiyohime. I thought, maybe I will get lancer Kiyo, and since the only lancer worth its weight in my team is grailed cu, I rolled for another ticket, and it was a fucking golden rider..... is it Mo-bro?? No! it was fucking Ozymandias!! Ozy fucking spooked me on thsi fucking summer banner!!!

You think that's bad ? Try rolling for Drake on the Agartha banner and getting a golden rider card, only for it to be Anne & Mary. At least Ozy's a great rider.
But if you really want to get a summer servant, try rolling for a 3 star lancer ( only a lancer ) and use a summon ticket ( it has to be a summon ticket ). That worked way too many times for me to not use that method.

Ozymandias is a rarity because his damage is high (his NP is ST and blast six digit damage in a good day) and his toolkit is like Gilgamesh Archer but he doesnt have that sweet perk of Enuma Elish, the only one that can almost get to his level is Quetz, also he is voiced by Koyasu so he get ham bonus

It was Nero Bride...again. First NP2 SSR, doesn't feel right at all. At least JP blessed me with SSR Nobu right after so can't complain.

Umu Bride? Fuck no, she's a pretty good support.
Nobu? Sadly yes. Similar to Gorgont she seems built for crits and yet lacks a real crit absorb/damage up skill, her damage buff is delayed and deals 3K damage to Nobu so it can't be used as is without fucking your low HP pool. Her NP is rather mediocre, haven't tried it against divine enemies yet but doubt the difference's gonna be huge enough. She needs to either get an strengthening quest for her stargen ability, NP damage up so she can farm waves and/or a bigger damage steroid without the demerit.

Weird shit that we in JP have 2 events running at the same time, we have the rerun of Summer 2018 (aka Servafest) and to my JP bros i HEAVILY and GREATLY recommend you that roll for Mysterious Heroine XX, you are not going to have many chances of getting a Foreigner any time soon and things like India are a pain in the ass without one
who were you hoping for? according to clairvoyance EX, theres gonna be class based rate up summoning in September. I am saving up as much as possible for housewife fox for that.
The Challenge quest in Part 1 of this summer event was quite iffy. I brought along some archers since the enemies are saber. Holy fucking hell, by the third wave everyone was fucking dealing single digits. So, I did it again with Shuten. So, I guess I have to thank the gacha gods for giving me a poison dealing servant I guess??

Had the same problem, I did a lucky bag summon in jp earlier this year for like $15 and it was another copy of fucking Sigurd, he's a beast but fuck I don't have merlin

Still cant use her to one shot bosses, thats the problem of AoE, unless you are destroying waves the damage is not that good, still using Kuro for that, i know you can use Tomoe for that but Kuro is NP5 and her NP rate and skill set make her the perfect Saber servant killer
Edit: found weird that her Independent action (Celeb) works like Self replenishment that is a avenger skill also she can buff other servants that have the "Good" trait with a wooping 40% (that is almost Hero creation tier)
