Well this banner was a wet fart for me personally. Loud noise followed by shit.

Got taken to 830 SQ which feels worse than pity actually. Oh well 60 more sq for the next banner.
 
After a long ass maintenance, the event has started released
with the first batch of servants.

Castoria is an Arts Berserker
S1-Increases the NP gauge for herself, increased crit strength and star absorb for 3 turns

S2-Increases NP gain for all allies, increases NP overcharge for 1 time, 3 turns and increases np
gauge for 1 ally

S3-Increases Arts effectiveness for herself, gains 10 stars per turn and applies invincibility for 1 turns

NP- Single-target Arts, grants the party with the Anti-Purge Defense (aka Regular Castoria invicibility),
Applies special damage for enemies that have Chaotic and Divine traits, deals extra damage to enemies
that have "Threat to Humanity trait" and decreases the enemy's crit chance for 3 turns.

Suzuka is a Quick Rider
S1-Increased attack for all allies, increased NP strength for allies with the "Summer" trait, gain 5-15 stars

S2-Increased Quick card and critical strength for herself, applies a trigger skill on herself
that increases attack for herself for 3 turns

S3-Increased NP gain for an ally, reduces cooldown by 1 for an ally and increases the NP gauge for herself

NP- Quick AoE NP, applies Ignore Invincible and special damage against enemies with Lawful trait for 1 turn,
also deal extra damage to enemies that have the "Earth" trait.

Last is Chloe, I'll be putting her other ascensions in spoilers, because better to be safe than sorry again
(and will most likely make people uncomfortable).

She also has a costume that removes her fishnet shirt from stage 2, but I won't be posting it

Chloe is a Quick Avenger, and her kit is very gimmicky.

S1-Increased attack and critical strength for all allies for 3 turns, grants them the "Manuscript Finished" state (it stacks)
that grants Chloe a trigger on her Quick skill (increased critical damage for 3 turns)

S2-Gives Guts to an ally for 3 turns and applies a trigger skill for herself (At the end of the turn, she will move to the last
party slot, if available)

S3-3 turn increased NP damage and charges their NP gauge depending on how much
"Manuscript Finished" stacks they have (Maximum amount of stacks a servant can have is 10)

NP-Quick Single Target. Increased Quick performance for 3 turns for Chloe that deals extra
damage depending on how much stacks of "Manuscript Finished" stacks she has and decreases
the enemy's NP charge.

As for Knocknarea welfare, her skills seem to be:
S1- Grants herself immunity against debuffs, health regeneration and increased NP generation rate when attacking
S2-Increased NP damage
S3-Increases Arts damage, lowers enemy defenses and grants her another effect.

In the event, she goes under the name Yaraan-doo, a Southern Cross constellation from the Aboriginal myths
that shares the name with a burial ground where the first man was laid to rest in Aboriginal mythos.

Last but not least, Summer Ascension arts of the male servants.

I knew my recent luck was too good to be true:

Rolled 19 tickets and 300 quartz and all I got was events ces, one kuro, one ibaraki and one suzuka.

If they announce skadi banner I will be fucking furious

Appearntly the subreddit ban was accidental, it wasn't due to Melusine and Chloe.
According to one of the mods for the subreddit they received this message.

Even if it was accidental, this shook them up super hard that they want full janny mode
and even announce that the sprite comics that subreddit consists of will be getting banned after
a month with this reasoning.

I am interested in seeing what are the identities of servants in Samurai Remnant.
I'd be interested in it more if they didn't decide to shove in Musashi and Jeanne Alter for some "reason" (read money).
I'm pretty sure the new saber might be Yamato Takeru, but if so it might be another case of Takeuchi taking things a bit too literally again since the reason why we got poo Jeanne is because the real life Lakshmibai was sometimes referred as Jeanne D’Arc of India, and iirc some sources like to call Takeru the Japanese equivalent of king Arthur.
So TLDR just another excuse for Takeuchi to trace.

I got Fate Extella in. I'll say this, the gameplay in link is a much better evolution. You need to retrieve 3 pieces in a level just to unleash your Noble Phantasm, and only once. But the story in this is better, like all you guys have been saying, much more in depth, and it focuses more on one character instead of having you jump around, which I like. Also you get a shit ton of costumes that aren't hidden behind a paywall, which is a win.

It came with a fucking manual. With charecter descriptions and everything lol. Actually have been using it a bit.

So overall, it's a good yet different game than Link. Much more story based, a bit more sweaty, makes you manage your shit like health and Noble Phantasms a lot more, as well as general Map control, which is way more strict.
 
Knocknarea/Cnoc na Raibh Yaraan-do's full skill set has been revealed with her finally being playable,
I was almost correct with some guesses but still.

S2-Increased NP strength for all allies, and applies the "My Fair Soldier" trait (which gives
allies Demerit skill seal of 3 turns but can remove with debuff removers) , also increases
attack allies' attack and defense who have the "My Fair Soldier" trait .

S3-Increases Arts performance, decreases the enemies' defenses for 3 turns and has a chance
to stun them for 1 turn. Seals Arts cards of allies except for herself and Artoria Caster,

NP-Arts AoE damage that decreases all the enemy defense for 3 turns.
Applies heal regeneration for herself (the heal varies on the overcharge and NP level)
and removes all of her debuffs.

How sre your progress in the Class stuff from ordeal call? I got fucked by starting Caster first then they released the extra class II (I am working on opening it but still need to do the challenge quests).

Didn't miss a day yet (I wish they would remove the 9 pods limit)

I've been using Ordeal Call nodes to workshop between Tonelico builds, finally got her 2nd append maxed, and Summer Ibuki with the new mystic code.

The new mystic code shores up a lot of arts problems between an extra arts up and two skills that give 10% NP charge a piece. I can safely arts loop berserker nodes with double castoria. Have to level up the code to get assassin nodes though.

Tonelico I'm using the laziest build: 1 Oberon, 1 Koyanskya of Light, MLB Demonic bodhisattva/Chasmatis, maxed out 2nd append, and Fragment of 2004 mystic code. She's never going to be Melusine or Tiamat, but she can get the job done.
 
The second servant batch is here, and ironically enough the 4* servants have a much
more interesting kit than the 5* SSR one

She has a special trait called "Priestess of Enshrined Deity", that gives 4% NP Gain to
allies that have Chaotic or Good alignment.

If her allies get attacked they gain "Retribution of the Enshrined Deity"
buff that gives them 10% critical damage. I am mentioning this because
this plays into her S3.

S1-Increased attack and defense for party members for 3 turns, extend the duration
of HP, NP and stars turn buffs for 3 turns and extended enemy debuffs such as burn, poison
and curse for 3 turns.

S2-Removes enemy's buffs and reduces debuff resistance, critical rate for 3 turns.
Removes one charge from a single enemy's gauge and charges her own NP gauge

S3-Increased NP damage for 3 turns for your party and gain stars. Allies
that have "Retribution of the Enshrined Deity" buff get their NP charged by
20% and increased NP damage for 3 turns.

NP-AoE Buster that's super affective against those with "Man" trait.
Increased Buster performance for 1 turn, applies self-heal regen for herself, gains 10 stars
and increases NP gauge per turn for 3 turns. Gives enemies curse, poison debuff
and decreases their attack damage for 3 turns.

Applies a trigger skill on her attacks that heals her allies for 3 turns.

If Barghest is paired up with a servants that 3* or lower, she gains
increased attack and generates stars for 3 turns.


S2-Charges her NP, grants invulnerability for her allies (except herself) ,
heals them and reduces their skill cooldown by 1.


S3-Let's her change NP type (from AoE to Single, you can pick which one you want)
and grants her the "Super Giant" trait.

Regular NP- AoE Arts. Increases the Arts performance for 1 turn, deals damage, clears
targets' buffs and their burn amplification debuff (Demerit)
Changed NP- Same as regular NP with all the effects mentioned above
but deals damage to 1 target.

for 3 turns. Super effective against enemies that have the "Earth" attribute.
 
Sorry if talking about the other Fate games is off topic here, but I just want to throw my opinions about Stay night somewhere.
I am in the 15th night of the Heaven feels route rn, and overall I have enjoyed it far less than the other two, events feel like they should have happened in the other routes no matter what Shiro did, like why didnt Zouken did anything during the other routes? characters seem to already start with a different character instead of develop into them naturally like in the UBW route, Sakura is just boring, even with everything that happened to her. Its also extremely fucking long and feels like it just goes endlessly describing a lot of meaningless stuff.
I dont know, I feel like it has some cool ideas but it just ended up being kind of boring, UBW is the one I enjoyed the most still.
Fate route is just ok but it had to act like the set up and has the most exposition at the start because of it.
I did enjoy my time with it, just HF that didnt really grab me like the other two routes.

I got through either level 2 or 3 of Nero's route yesterday, the one with Rider deploying Blood Fort Andromeda. Absolute taskmaster of a level. You basically have to be using Archer, capture almost all the areas WHILE trying to shut down the blood fort, collect the 3 Noble Phantasm shards, then fight rider at the very end. So it was a fun time lol. On the plus side Nero is level 10 and I've been having fun changing her costumes, AND the cutscene and dialog with Nero after was peak.

It's OK. I'm on the UBW route myself rn, personally while I think the writing is great, the anime did the action way more justice. I'll hold my opinions on HF until I get there, which is soon

Because Zouken's plan in the two other routes was to sit out on the Grail War that was happening in
2004 and wait for the next one.

He only becomes active in Heavens Feel because the conditions for Sakura for further
development as a Lesser Grail have been met (being chosen by Shirou, a person that she doesn't want to lose).

That makes sense, still doesnt really change my opinions of thw route, but I guess I just kind of checked outaround day 12 lol

I'd say keep going, you've gotten so far man. That was kind of me on the Fate route until the last third, where it took the Deen adaption and shit all over it.

Oh yeah, I am definitely going to finish it, I think I just mostly got a bit burned out because I played them all one after the other, and as I said this one easy has the worst pasing so it makes it feel very tedious.

I get you. Yeah, at least the Fate route compared to UBW, UBW is going like lightning for me. Take it easy man. Enjoy the VN. Better, play something else, or take breaks in between. Personally I'm using Extella and going on walks for just that.
