The FGO JP stream wrapped not so long ago, so here's the gist of it.

-Old Welfare servants will be returning permanently.
You will be able to get these servants by exchanging a new item you can get doing dailies, clearing main quests and doing events.

The first batch of Welfare servants you can get are Santa Quetz, Shuten Caster and Rider Kintoki, who will also have damage dealing bonus
in the next upcoming event.

-A whole new enhancement system called the Class Score System. These class score are unlocked
through clearing special missions on blank Earth map (these missions will most likely be a tie-in for Ordeal Call)

People are already speculating that the white haired guy is Cagliostro, a servant that was supposed to
appear in Heian-Kyo with Helena Blavatsky, but was scrapped with Nasu hinting that Cagliostro might appear sometime later.

-For FGO x FGO Arcade collab, Tiamat Larva will be appearing as a SSR servant.

Why im not surprised they bringed Tiamat after all the community was declaring Jihad for arcade getting her first, if you check this thread the reaction of her arcade announcement was hilarious

About the new systems, i suppose they need to give something to the power gamers to break more the game because having 10 10 10 lvl 90 is already broken, using the card boosters and grails make you even more broken so this will be the most broken shit you can do right now, btw the system is not exactly new, Azur lane players already know something like this, is called Faction tech and is just a excuse to get minimal boosts for limit breaking ships of a specific faction, Nikke players also have it calling them recycling center where you can boost characters from the main companies (plus pilgrims) and also boost by class

If you are going to blast for a wellfare, i HEAVILY recommend Kintoki rider, he is the most fuck awesome free nuker you can get, with 2 self quick boosts (one by skill and one by NP trigger) NP regen skill and NP regen rate of the gods, you can literally loop with him and destroy any caster that look you the wrong way, we are talking 200k damage in a good blast

Edit: to add that Kintoki rider can one shot kill the last mob in the QP node, so if you dont have Ozymandias or another better nuker he can do the job

Her skills are the following
  • Eye of the Blue Star B- Charges her gauge before greatly lowering every enemy's crit chance and making them unhealable for 3 turns
  • Eye of the Crimson Planet B- Increases her attack and Buster performance for 3 turns before possibly stunning the enemy for a single turn and cursing them for 3 turns
  • Sea of Azure Planet A- Restores ally's HP, slightly charges their NP gauge and increases their NP damage for 1 turn
Her passive skills includes her having NP gauge being charged every turn, damage cut, increased crit damage, resistance to instant death and debuffs.
Also one of her append skills is increased damage against Beast Class, which marks her being a second servant with this append skill (first one being Mash).

Gramps and Da Vinci also got a new Strengthening

Gramps's third skill now has his Buster buff increased from 1 turn to 3, increased death resistance 100%-200% and includes the NP charge from 20%-30%.
Da Vinci's first skill is now targetable and provides 200% overcharge for 1 time, 3 turns and 100% chance to buff defense and NP damage up for an ally for 3 turns.

I think she didn't receive an update because both First Hassan and Da Vinci are in FGO Arcade while she's absent from it with Nemo replacing her as 5 SSR Rider in Babylonia and this is a preparation for FGO x FGO Arcade collab.
 
It would have been nice if they did it when Kuku came out. I just want some love for Quetz.

Draco also is the first Beast-class servant.
Her class has advantage over 7 Main Classes (Sabers, Archers, Lancers, Casters, Riders, Assassins and Berserkers) but is weak to Extra Classes (Rulers, Avengers, Moon Cancers, Foreigners, Alter Ego and Pretenders).

Draco like Moon Cancer Kiara and Arcueid has her own summoning animation and card.

Holy moly, I wasn't expecting them to just drop Draco especially when the upcoming story arc in JP is about
Alaya not letting back Chaldea in PHH due to them having extra class servants.

If they really decided to drop Beast Class like this out of nowhere then I want to say
that Olga is gonna be 100% An Anniversary servant (Also Camazotz copium).

I really hope Camtazoz makes it into the game soon, he's really cool.

Also more welfares will becoming on May 10th.
 
I literally rolled my last 3 quartz that obtained after defeating the last boss, rolled and she took me by surprise because her roll did not trigger a Now Loading screen

Readed that the reason for the special animation is because the FATE system of chaldea is not capable of summoning a Beast container, to bypass this, Draco disable it and use her own Independent Manifestation skill to appears before you

Im loving how stupidly busted and useful Draco is, she is strong against 90% of the classes INCLUDING Bersekers, her atk is sky high, has own healing and NP regen, can permafuck dragons and romans with her multipliers, you can put her in any composition and her skills only affect her so she can fight on her own while not being a drag like a Berseker or Shielder

Now the cons, well, she is Arts that was to be expected, require little work to loop, doesnt have any survival skills like evade or invul, Nega Messiah (her passive that guarantee you will hit debuffs) only works for her skill sealing and burn and she is not AoE so you cant farm with her

HOWEVER considering she is like i said strong against 90% of the classes barring extras you will not have a issue just putting another nuker or bring Castoria that cover all her weakness
 
I have a love hate feeling every time another roman is added to the game since 95% of the time their written by Sakurai, and lets just say he's polarizing to say it nicely. Which sucks because Augustus is probably one of the top historical/mythological figures I wish was in the game, but I'm fully expecting him to be one part ROMA spam like Romulus and one part joke character like Caesar if he's ever added.

Sakurai honestly is just a very hit or miss writer since she did the Norse and Japanese servants well but Rome is mixed and I really dislike her takes on characters like Jekyll, Phantom, and Dantes.
 
I get this feeling that the Arcade Collab was Arcade's Last Hurrah - they've announced that there will be no new Servants added to Arcade going forward. Would explain 2 (E - 3, I'm a dumbass and forgot 1) of the characters that arguably pissed off the most people by being Arcade Exclusive coming to Mobile.
