took me like 60 rolls and she came with company

To the surprise of no one DW did not even bother to retool her, she is straight to the point Arts Caster Merlin, her hero creation is now Arts, and she has the exact same Illusion and Dreamlike Charisma

First skill: is Hero creation... arts, 50% power up at max, no surprises there

Second skill: is dreamlike charisma but comes with the perk that can overcharge NP so you can shoot NP2 if you are a cheapskate

Third skill: is illusion but i dont know if the wiki is correct, but it says that when triggered it DRAIN a tick of NP , this is weird because you mostly trigger a invul before a NP, also charge her NP according to the amount of enemies she drained, this is a import from arcade where it was her succubus skill

Passive skills are the same as Merlin including Mixed blood BUT come with another skill that deploy her with 20% np out of the fight

Now comes the "you cant have nice things because we need to pretend to care" her NP is just Tamamo's without the skill cooldown perk, instead of healing she recharge NP and rise HP, you can play pretend healer (he get it) by spamming her NP and do the Kingprotea strategy

tl;dr she is her big brother without healing but designed to flex on Castoria and shoot all the NP's she can as fast as possible, you can use her in turtle mode if you want by just raising the HP again and again and again

So what does this piece of ass can do well first she is by numbers the most powerful berseker in the game with the most high atk number almost clocking 13k

First skill: raise her attack, buff critical damage to everyone and give any summer servant NP gain

Second skill: raise her arts and attack cards to 20% and can shave a turn on a skill cooldown

Third skill: charge her np to freaking 50% at max, give her stars every turn and get critical absorption up to 3000% (so if you generate stars is guaranteed she will get them)

And the cherry on the top, she is Arts oriented that ignore def buff so you can literally nuke and permafuck everyone you dont like using castoria/tamamos/proto merlins with her, in oldfag terms, she is just a more punchy Summer Musashi

I think it's because either they want people to whale (more likely) or more access to meta servants for LB7

I would say so, because Summer 2021 didnt have an event rerun which had a servant most of people wanna get (Avenger Kama),
unless they are planning a rerun of the event in early September (which is very unlikely).

Speaking of summer, something I noticed about these past 2 summer events is, the lack of Wada Arco servants.
I wonder why is that, are they keeping her to do something grand for LB7 or did they wanted to give her a break because she has already done
plenty of work with Koyanskaya of Light and Darkness, Elizabeth Bathory (Rider) and now recently Charlemagne? Or do they want other artists to have some spotlight for SSRs?
I don't mind it, it's just Wada Arco summer servants were usually a tradition back in the day.

Off topic: I just finished Ooku rerun in the nick of time, I forgot how long and tedious this event was, at least when you're speedrunning it.
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't mind if they did something similiar to it again but just polish it a bit.
