Like this is one of those times where it deserves to have their existence erased since almost every denizen of the lostbelt have been shown to be assholes, but Fate fans doing it over their waifus being hurt (even though while Morgan and FK Tristan have sympathetic parts to them, Morgan was still a tyrant who deprived her people and became a Berserker due to realizing no one liked her as well as arranging the murder of Wodime), and I think it didn't help that Morgan wants to marry the player character so of course the waifufags would be more bad since the servant who wants to marry them got killed.

Fate has at times gone out of it's way to keep purity in their waifus, even before FGO. Like the chunk of text required to make sure Artoria is the Father of Mordred without her having sex. Gachashit let more sensitive feelings in across the board.

I'd agree on that as well. Fate is sort of a double edged sword when it comes to purity of the female characters as most are portrayed as sympathetic. Hell I don't think there has been a single female character in fate who has been an outright bitch without some sympathetic traits.

Fairy Knight Tristan is fun. Poor girl though, but at least she’s got friends in Chaldea.
 
I know it's proberbly heresy, but in all the fate I've consumed I've always found myself preferring other characters than the female wafiu on offer. In stay night it's Archer, zero it's Iskandar and Gilgamesh for the tie and Apocrypha it was Achilles. I guess there characters spoke to me more, so I gravited to there struggles or ideas or just found them interesting. Gil literally played a great devil's advocate for Kotomina.

Still the idea of wiping of lostbelts and all there inhabitants, that pretty dark for a mobile game. Can't wait to reach those stages. I mean it's pretty cool it's reverses the core concept of the base game as in that your meant to save the time zones being messed up by singularities.

And just saying that. A mobile game has a more meaningful expansion than most modern triple A games. Not sure if that's funny or sad.

Honestly with Fate/Zero almost all the female characters were poorly written, especially how Urobuchi decided to make Artoria into a massive retard.

With the Lostbelts they are mostly the best writing FGO has had ever since it really shows how dark it is. Granted there are some weak moments like Lostbelt 2, Musashi’s role in Olympus, and Beryl’s character. But aside from that the lostbelts show the darkness of FGO and from what I fully experienced, the first and fourth lostbelts are probably the most fucked up

I'm not someone who has a raging hate for Musashi or think she soaked up too much time, but Olympus really had me asking what they were intending with her. Did they just abort her arc early? I have trouble believing that since she seems rather popular.

Had they waited just the next chapter, they could have book ended her story, since Heian-kyo pays off a lot of what was started in Shimousa. Instead they throw her away to deal with an Eyeball from nowhere that was just a sudden drive-by between one threat and the next. Using justifications that, in true Nasu fashion, is a whole lot of words to explain something I still don't really get. And then she's gone actually for real no take backs.

At the end of it all I'm just wondering what the point was having her pop up all the time like she did if the conclusion of it was to deal with an afterthought that really didn't need to be there.

With how Sakurai co-wrote Olympus with Nasu I have a feeling that.

Sakurai just wanted to wank how cool Musashi was (as whenever Sakurai tends to write something, there is always one character that strangely has some circlejerk to them) and give her a super sad death scene so that way when she inevitably comes back (because let's be real given she has that data lost shit and her recent strengthening, they'll bring her back to make people whale on her hard), they'll have her come back later to wank her. Like seriously Musashi is the most overwanked servant in Fate that it's annoying. I swear to god I will rage if it turns out she is Grand Saber

And Super Orion fucking destroyed Morgan in 3 turns, my boy is too fucking strong.
 
Is the next welfare servant Sig from Apocrypha next year or is there another upcoming event later down the line with one. Also I've been looking for what the next banners might be, but can't seam to find a listing.

Sieg will be a welfare servant for the Apocrypha rerun and the next welfare for NA this year is Saber Hokusai

We JP niggers finally got a announcement first of all the changes that are coming that are lulworthy

  1. New servant "upgrades" material, is hinted that is probably a way to break palingenesis and get to lvl 120 like this shit is Azur lane
  2. New way to level up servants they probably noticed how fucking annoying leveling up skills is
  3. Overhaul of the Gacha, ok dont get your hopes up but is actually that now you can do 10x with tickets AND a new type of summon with paid quartz, no one know exactly what this one mean but for the looks of it, is a pity that is triggered if you buy x quantity of quartz, i suppose the stupid retarded old system that no one used it will be gone, that thing was dumb, draconian and gay

And the next summer event is .... on september because reasons and the only new servant that was announced was....

Da vinci jailbait mode summer because reasons and Maya Sakamoto loli voice get the jollies of someone in Sony

It's probably in September because of the final part of Lostbelt 6 with the banners associated with it and probably wanted people to have time finishing it along with the free quests.

Oh boy, get your bingo sheets ready. If Blank Saint Graphs, Rare Prisms, Command Codes, Pawprints, and Main Interludes have taught me anything is that Delight Works will manage to turn even good ideas into horrible ones. And of that list only Command Codes were at all tweaked to be bearable/not useless. I have very low expectations of these Gacha tweaks.

I feel like FGO Summer keeps getting pushed further and further into the year. They probably also need to come up with a way to give people more Saint Quartz so the Summer Banners aren't completely devoid of F2P hope after whatever they pull for the Anniversary.

With LB6 that's more on Nasu for not getting everything in one or at least have it split more evenly with only 2 "parts" (Nasu probably didn't think of how it affects the gacha since he's an infamously retarded businessman).

I am only curious how the North America localization is going to handle this in 2 years.
 
lmao this year's GSSR is the perfect chance to either get Kama or Arjuna Alter, since they only share the banner with two other servants.
