Well, at least Betty White died looking a lot younger and healthier than how Steven Assanti looks now. Still, this happening just a couple of hours after I made my joke post is fucking freaky.

I remember reading a theory that most deathfats appear extremely resilient because anyone with a weak immune system would die long before getting to that weight. As a result you get a bunch of 600lb+ people who survive stuff you really wouldn't expect.

I mean, look at ozzy. He's not a death fat but he's done enough drugs and liquor to kill an entire country. Didn't they do a genetic study on him that showed he was a bit peculiar in how he was built?

She was also well loved and had a bit of a career renaissance. Two things that Steven will never have.

Death fats are surprisingly hardy, otherwise they wouldnt be making it to 40 before they croak under 700lbs of weight.

It's perhaps the strongest evidence for the existence of the divine. Neither God nor the Devil particularly want someone like Steven I wager. Like a custody case that lasts 10 years because both parents try to make the other one take the kid.

Sort of. The study revealed he had built up a high tolerance over the years. There was no anomaly in his genetic make-up per se, but they aren't ruling out something deeper with his physiology.

This is true, and considering Steven's cleanliness level, I should mention it also applies to people with abnormally terrible hygiene who live in filth as well. Obviously it's at least partially because their immune system gets a constant workout, but even so, people with a lesser constitution would probably be long dead of dysentery/botulism/wound gangrene etc if they lived like a lot of the people on MSHPL or Hoarders. Kind of like how in my city covid was a complete joke to the few homeless it managed to infect, and most of them have viral hepatitis, HIV, COPD, and any number of nutritional deficiencies that they were considered a high risk group. I'd be curious to know how many pre-vax randomly had Covid antibodies but they never knew they had it because they didn't feel any shittier than usual, same with Assanti tbh.
