Fat Vegans and obese vegetarians

You can get fat off of carbs and vegetable oils.
 
Weight is basically calories.

A calorie is a measurement of energy. Fat on the body is just stored energy.

Consume too much energy and expand too little? You will gain weight
Burn more energy than you consume? You will lose weight.

That's all there is to getting fat or losing weight. It's not what you eat, but the amount of calories you burn/consume.

Plenty of vegan or vegetarian stuff is filled with calories. Coca Cola is a good example.

How do you get fat when you eat no fat.
It's true that fat is more calorie dense than carbs or protein (9 calories per gram vs 4 calories per gram)

But not all fat is animal fat. Avocado and nuts are extremely, extremely fat. Peanutbutter is 50% fat for example. And that type of fat also has 9 calories per gram, just like animal fat does.
 
Soda or whatever you want to call it is veggie.

Chocolate stuff is vegetarian.

Not hard to find jelly based sweets that are vegan

Even healthy good you can eat too much of
