In my case I played the latest Syberia only for it to start with Ze Nazis and the previous game's heroine having the dreaded side cut and being in a Russian gulag due to being a feminist. Also no puzzles, just a walking sim.

Off the top of my heads, I refunded Elden Ring cause it was running bad on my PC and I refunded Disco Elysium cause it seemed like pretentious trash.

BloodLust Shadowhunter, its a budget dungeon crawler that was programmed by one guy. I was having issues with the controls using a gamepad and refunded it before going over the two hour limit and pirated it till I could resolve the issue and played the game a little bit to see if its worth the purchase.

Really? I have all 3 but haven't played the third. That's disappointing.

Some indie game I picked up for 10 bucks had an indigenous land acknowledgement as the startup splash screen. I Steam refunded it within a minute.

My brain wasn't autistic enough to handle what I was seeing. I was able to push through rimworld and enjoy it a little, but I'm too smoothbrained for this game I suppose.
