In our last installment we learned that Singed was a rapist. This is the chapter that finally has smut, after a bunch of tears and crying. Buckle up.

So we do have social media in this fic. It's just not ever put to good use and Jayce never took selfies of Viktor, ever, even when Jayce sounds like a selfie guy.

In any case, the author is aiming for the standpoint that since Singed is the father, he can have custody of the kids. Most states do not allow rapists to seek custody of their children, as they committed a crime and are a felon in the eyes of the law (of course, in some states, rapists have sued for custody of their kids, but that is an argument for a more serious thread). And since Viktor was in an abusive relationship, Singed would look like an unfit father.
However, the author retcons this later.
Singed is threatening Jayce, who could honestly afford better lawyers and can use his contacts to get dirt on anyone he wanted. He has Mel on his side, for one; she would have no issue doing a favour for her ex. But having a rapist get custody over a drug-addicted 'mother' also looks bad in the law. The kids would go under state care.
Again, being viewed as a felon in court greatly restricts your parental custody claims.

Oh believe me, this isn't the only fic. Another one I just found was written by a disabled pooner who also happens to be a seahorse dad. Viktor there is a self-insert for her life. It's as bad/funny as you can imagine.No. No, I don't think I will. What in the actual fuck?!

He left far far worse comments than these but I didn't get a chance to screenshot them because young turks legal team finally stepped up and did something (after literal months)

Imo by far the creepiest thing about this guy is the implication that he uses terms like "loli" "shota" and "noncon" in reference to real children/scenarios. By the looks of it anyhow, it's quite difficult at times to tell whether he's purely talking about fanfiction and hentai. Especially with one of the commenters noting his opinion on right-wingers' children. He never makes a distinction that his attractions end with Pokemon and Ben 10 characters either, not that it would help too much but the fact that he doesn't even deny it when people accuse him of being a pedophile rather than getting butthurt about being called one... very telling. Especially in the last screenshot, brr.

Yeah the dude is a danger to children, he's got to have an email to be on YouTube. He has only 3 or 4 accounts that I know of, and he uses the same username. I know for a fact since I interacted with him that he could be potentially violent, and there are too many instances of him talking or writing about children. I've tried to find out his identity, but I've hit a dead end with every method. I'm glad you got his stuff archived though. He has another alias called desecrator but I've hit dead ends on that one.

Can those be found on nitter or will it only be archives. I'm not on xitter and I know you have to be logged in to search, unless using nitter. No luck with any archived tweets. I tried several 3rd party Twitter apps that doesn't require signing in or up, and that left me empty handed. I looked for an f-list since he's so keen about putting his fetishes for the world to see. Unfortunately it requires a login. Searching reddit came back with zilch and using that Twitter handle only directed me to elderscrolls lore. I tried my anime list but that required log in. I've pretty much exhausted what I can think of on top of my head, and I'm sure he'd have an account somewhere on any of those sites but I'm being road blocked.
