A "straight trans fem" aka a gay dude pretending to be women who likes men is sad because the gay man he met on the Jewish dating app has revealed he is trans. The gay man pretending to be a women only like men so once the gay "straight" man has revealed he wants to be a gay man pretending to be a women he is no longer interested because he doesn't date "women" because that's gay. The line of old boy friends who are now trans indicates that this has happened multiple times and that the men dating women who are gay men pretending to be women are prone to transitioning to gay men pretending to be women who presumably perfer other men pretending to be women making them gay.
The cartoon is in a parody style of a polical cartoon, specifically in the style of mark Kelly's onion satirical political cartoons that always featured a fictionlize version of the cartoonist delivering a witty punchline. In this the presumed cartoonist is saying "where have all the good men gone?" In reference to the men, that as a gay man pretending to be a women want to fuck, turning into men pretending to be women. The irony is is that as a man pretending to be a women wanting to fuck men they are just a fag with extra steps but now that the man they want to date turns into a gay man pretending to be a women they're pretend identity as women makes the relationship ship gay which they are against despite the original arrangement already being a gay relationship with extra steps. It's shining a light on the absurdity, superficiality and arbitrary nature of modern gender identity.
in the upper right corner Ray Blanchard a sex psychologist most famous for coining the term "autogynephilia" and other research into transgenderism is in the corner crying. It can be presumed he is crying because he believed trannys could be categorized into "homo sexual" and "non homo sexual" transgenders and the main gay man pretending to be a women is identifying as a straight tranny while obviously being a homosexual.
