There's no fucking way she's 43kg in that picture, she would have no tummy at all and her ribs would be extremely pronounced. Google BMI 15 and compare for yourself.

Doesn't it depend on body frame though? I mean is she stocky? Slender frame? Honestly, I don't think she's doing too badly at all. And she could be losing more weight and bragging about it. *shrugs*
