I don't know why she won't just send the butler out with Twinkie to get her nails done. I get that Al is lazy but that's why she employs Becky. She could even pay Eric to take the dog for walks since he's the only jobless person in the house who is capable of going on a walk for more than 2 minutes and 15 seconds.
 
Maybe because she's always so resentful of being told what to do, even when people are only trying to help. She wants to act defiant and "punish" her viewers but she doesn't care that Twinkie is the one actually in pain, not her viewers.

edit: I haven't looked at her nails in a long time I don't know if they're long enough atm for Twinkie to actually be in pain. They're definitely too long though. Even if she's not in pain it's just gross.

She'd just gaslight about muh separation anxiety. In reality she doesn't want Twinkie to be taken care of (and possibly enjoy herself) by anyone else. Sounds like even Becky doesn't bother taking her outside half the time, only cleans up the mess Twinkie makes on the floor.

The camera angle always cutting out Dana and Beggy, her strained heavy breathing as she struggles to keep up with Dusty in Kroger, the knowing she can't fit in the automatic doors with Dusty and the cart, but still squeezes her mass in there alongside (rude as fuck too, but she's too self involved to realize it) so they can rub fupas one last time. Dusty clearly got uncomfortable because she immediately starts calling Dana's name like she's Beetlejuice.

The real kicker was Beggy not giving two fucks about holding the door for Albert and giving a half ass, fake apology. Not even walking close to her so no one knows they're together

Good god. This is nothing but cringe. The "hayders" were treated like an afterthought and ALR/Chantal was barely even mentioned. This has "IT'S ALL ABOUT ME" written all over it. What happened to her was unfortunate, but it's over 40 minutes of TMI. Sheesh.
