Katie W has a personal Q&A video coming out soon. It looks like she also added her channel to Twitter and Snapchat. Although some feel like she's making a mistake there's still a shit load of rabid fans in the comment section, wow

Her videos have always been average I dont understand why people are so far up her ass, either way this "Q&A is bound to be a borefest".

its because reaction videos are so fucking awful that getting a hearty guffaw out of a vid (like katie manages fairly often) makes her well liked. She has good timing. She doesn't pozload my neghole or anything either.
 
All I'm going to say is I like Katie W. Even if she didn't do AL videos I would like her, from what little I know about her. However, I think if she wanted to start doing personal videos she needs to make a personal channel for it. Using the platform she has built on making funny AL comps isn't the place for personal vlogs. I can see why people would get a little upset.
 
I miss Hamburgerlynn. Timely uploads, fairly good edits, and was funny. Katie W has some good vids and some misses, Hxmber isn't worth watching, and I haven't found anything of value in a HGP video in a long time.

Sorry my crystal ball was in the shop. She didnt seem to be the type but once she was posting more and more on instagram I guess she wanted ore praise than she was getting even though you would think that would have been enough.

Well, we called it from the beginning. The poor guy had no idea what he was getting into. It's a shame because he seems very nice and genuine and he's actually been successful. I think the best thing for him to do is ignore both Hamber and Chantal.

Man, I feel a little bad for O2B. He seems like a decent enough guy who honestly wanted to help Hamberlynn for the sake of her heath, and in return the beanbag threw him under the bus to try to make her cunty self look better. Hopefully he's learned his lesson and won't engage again no matter how many fake crying "I need help!" videos she puts out now while in damage control mode--or how many attention seeking DMs she sends him trying to guilt-trip him because her life is so haaaaaaaaaard.

Bro: For whatever it's worth, I'm pretty sure most people can see what actually happened here. The consensus seems to be that yeah, you might have done some better research before opening the can of worms that is ALR, but it's pretty clear to everybody that she's the crazy one. As of this video, further defending yourself/responding is not only unnecessary but actually a very bad idea.

Not that you asked for my advice, but I'd suggest you just disengage from her while people are still generally sympathetic towards you -- based on her track record, nothing you say to her in private will stay private and anything you say publicly will just rile up the delusional ambabies. And that same track record suggests her baiting and blaming of you is only going to escalate from here on out. You're on the verge of seriously damaging your career here. Your actual audience is people who are serious about weightloss; you're never ever ever going to reach the ALRs of the world, or their die-hard supporters. You may not believe in your heart that she's a lost cause, but this isn't a situation where you will benefit from publicly trying. Just learn from the experience and move on. (Keep the receipts though. You never know what shit she'll pull in the future.)

(Of course, I may have misread you completely and you might be a master manipulator who knows exactly what he's doing here, riding the algorithm and all. In that case, carry on, laddie.)

In lighter news, I think this is the closest I've seen Zach come to actually losing his shit. It's not the most dramatic he's ever been, but there's a sense of exasperation in his ranting that seems kinda new.

 
This guy means well but he doesn't realize that she won't change. She never accepted responsibility for any of her problems in life, or even responsibility for the wrong she has done to other people.

It's funny though, in this video she says that she's an "adult" and doing mukbangs are her choice. So does that mean it's her choice that she overeats and lays around all day? I mean if she's an adult and can make her own choices, it seems like she could choose to not go to the cheesecake factory and eat a 1600 calorie meal in one sitting. You can tell she feels so offended that he even suggested it's a bad idea and that the criticism is warranted.

If skinny people can eat a lot sometimes that means it's all purely genetic since it doesn't automatically make them obese. I mean she's tried to eat like a skinny person for a day and didn't lose 500 pounds, so therefore, she's just gotta be this weight forever because it's genetics. Her childish mindset makes a day or two seem like a week. She has no grasp of how long things actually take.

She tries to act like she has literally no control in this, and I genuinely believe she knows that she does. She just wants people to stop telling her that she's not perfect and that she has a serious problem that she's fully capable of fixing. It makes her feel responsible for the bad things she's done and bad choices she makes. It makes her uncomfortable like a 12 year old first starting to gain self awareness and feeling guilt on their own after being an asshole.

The problem is that she is nearly 30 and still has this mentality. She is mentally a spoiled 14 year old. Her growth and life have been stagnant. Amber has been doing the same things as long as she's been online. She has no grasp of time, lacks self awareness, will power, and the ability to accept responsibility. She won't change because she doesn't even believe she's that fat and doesn't think she can be wrong, plus she's not going to give up the only pleasure in her life.

Yep. O2B has a lot of experience with fat people in denial. That's not nothing -- there's a ton of psychology and feels involved, and I think he grasps all of that.

But he doesn't seem to have a lot of experience with people who are legitimately mentally ill or have severe, untreated personality disorders/addictions.

Bottom line: She has bigger problems than he can help her with. If he fails to recognize that at this juncture, she'll just drag him down with her.
 
I wonder when Beetus Drake will chime in with his thing. He’s probably moist knowing that AL lost some subs.

There's just nobody in the household who will cheer her on (willingly) or forcefully knock the cookie out of her hands so she is continuing to rot and ferment in problems. Even though she spews lots of nonsense in her "I KNOW HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT GUYS" segments, I believe she has a general idea of what to do but there's alot we aren't seeing either whether she realizes it or not.
