Edited to add Dani Suze. I know some people here don't like her, but she's done a "review of the literature" as they say in various fields.
I think she does a good job of trying to boil Big Al down to her essence. (That sounds gross as fuck, sorry.) Bonus: it was yet another instance of Big Al claiming she was going to take her weight loss talk off YT, and she apologized back then for shitting on her viewers. Big Al is her own, personal Groundhog Day. Every day. Forever.
