I have hardly any idea what's going on with new media. I didn't even know Taylor Swift was still a thing until recently. It's really easy to ignore all the garbage and do your own thing.

Good music enjoyers don't need their opinions validated. Good musicians will create art regardless.

If one's only joys in life is eating junk food, doing drugs and jacking off I think they are better off dead. So yes, it's good when they indulge themselves because it would put them in early grave and they will have a short and happy life before they die.
