This is something i find quite often! I'm in a few fandoms in which they make a heterosexual relationship "lesbian" by making the boy a trans girl because it's "iconic" and "less boring" which... i don't get. Most of the time it's used as an excuse for an artist to pass PiV sex as Kweer and Lesbian because it's actually 2 girls doing it. Remember rory? It's basically that but with lesbians instead. It's a very lesbian thing for a trans girl to stick her big meaty rod up another lesbian's quivering hole, don't you know? On another unrelated note, they sometimes also like to do this to some gay male couples and make one of the dudes a trans girl, which in my opinion is a nice code for "I have a crossdressing fetish but i just don't want to admit it for some reason"
