Short answer::autism:

Long answer: It's queer theory taken to an extreme and used to signal membership in SocJus. Binary gender means that only two genders exist; male or female. Queer theory states that physiological sex doesn't necessarily determine what gender you feel like you are, or should be, or what sexual desires you have. So instead of black or white, there's many shades in between, so everyone can be a special snowflake.

Having encountered this shit in an academic setting that didn't involve being a 24/7 full bore moron, I don't actually disagree much with it in principle. Unfortunately, when it escaped into the real world, it turned into tumblr.

This always falls apart when you realize how much it relies on both genders being arbitrary and monolithic as though some bulldyke, tom boy or luvvie isnt a the gender they obviously are.

Normal people can be confident about their sense of identity without needing others to validate it. I don't think these people understand the two concepts are different.

Literally any time an article includes in the title "-and why it matters," it is a garbage article written by an idiot.

Looking at the author she appears to be a middle class American woman, who asked some middle class Western Hindu woman who is attempting to incorporate Indian views on gender into the Western idea of 'queerness'. Ironically doing cultural imperialism's job for them while discouraging the proliferation of Yoga unless it's in a very specific niche context. All the while tip-tooing around the gargantuan poverty gap and social class divides in India which seems a more pertinent topic of discussion if we're going to talk about if we're talking about social oppression and india.
These people are agents of the obligarchy's via red-herrings not opponents of them.

They couldnt even get an animal fucker who could draw. Identifying as a made up animal, this is a valid personal decision which should be respected according to every day femminism.

>there for each other no matter what

I'm not even a furry and I'm aware of how much a bitchy infighting shit storm the furry community is, how can an actual furry be so oblivious, are they trying to make themselves seem less weird for the normies?

If you have to point out something matters, it doesn't. Just like how if you have to point out what a caring, generous, honest person you are, you aren't.

And that is precisely why I hate feminist journalism so damned much- it focuses on trivial problems and not on real world issues.

Also it's clear to me that their articles are 99% opinion with only 1% fact.

Inability to relate to your fellow man aside, this completely contradicts their diatribes about toxic masculainity encouraging emotional repression.
It's "amazing" how white allies are to walk on eggshells, be their attack dog and swallow their emotions. As I said before, the PoC-White Ally relationship is manipulative and passive aggressive and even sociopathic.

Yep. Not because your friends weren't taught that it's rude to to visit someone's house and say,
"eeew, your food is stinky!". Or because most Americans aren't familiar with organ meat. (Which is what it's more likely to be, an AMERICAN thing, rather than a white thing. Europeans probably wouldn't be so hesitant*). Nope, it's racism. Never just plain old poor manners.

And yes, Italian, French, German, Polish food is too considered ethnic food, quit your bitching.

*Seriously, I mean, most people here in the U.S. have the same reactions to things like haggis and steak and kidney pie. It's more of a lack of familiarity when it comes to different foods than outright racism. Hell, I'm sure there are people whou would think that my house at Christmas time stinks of onions and saurkraut.

Number 4 tickles me since I'm a member of a traditionally oppressed people I'll answer (although we probably don't count because we're white and things are good at the moment)-

A little empathy might be helpful here. Imagine you’re a part of a community that has been stigmatized for being any of the following: feeble-minded, insane, criminal, mentally or physically defective (these are actual legal categories applied to Asians).
Then suddenly one thing you do, eat, or wear gets taken up and celebrated by a community with a hell of a lot more money, visibility and power than you but gives negative twenty fucks about you, your culture, or its value.
Would you be pissed?

No I'd be totally stoked if something from my culture really took off even if it was just a fad since it allows for rapid distribution and re-enforcement of it. It'd be fucking great if their was say a massive surge of outside money and interest going into our arts crafts or language. Those twenty negative fucks are pretty damned useful when someone sells them something for 40 positive bucks so they can act as a walking advert my people.

My message to Number 99 is 'suck it up, buttercup'

Life is full of shit you don't want to do, so deal with it.

Catman is on parole for indecent exposure or some other minor sex crime. Calling it.

Also.

The easiest example is hip-hop. Remember Iggy Azalea? The white lady who couldn’t flow yet got all the money and props for what is a quintessentially Black cultural practice with absolutely none of the oppression that comes with being Black?

Fuck you.

Right, yes, because everyone not voting is doing it because they're on parole or mentally ill. No mention of 'I just can't be arsed' or 'they're all the same, tee hee hee'.

Also, Ronnie Ritchie is the same one who drew the comic suggesting gay people who want to get married or aren't ~queer~ enough are traitors to the cause, so they can fuck right off.

ETA: there are plenty of British foods such as haggis, tripe, liver and onions and steak and kidney pie which are, frankly, disgusting.

Liver and onions is a bit niche even in British circles. Haggis is an acquired taste and is really hard to cook well. Steak and kidney pie I can't say I like. Personally if I where to recommend British foods, I'd suggest an english/continental breakfast, Sausage rolls, anglo-indian curries, Fish and chips, welsh cakes, scones and anything produced by Cadbury.
Frankly I'd be happy if decent Welsh cakes were mass produced anywhere outside of wales (outside of M&S). People can culturally appropriate the shit out of that, plus a good sausage roll or decent mug of builders tea outside the UK would be nice as well

I've seen the term "prison-industrial complex" thrown around by SJWs, in much the same way "military-industrial complex" was by hippies back in the day, and I just have to laugh because it shows their incredible ignorance of fact, history and basic math.

All it is is an imaginary boogeyman that they can spew their hate at to prove how progressive they are while accomplishing nothing.

SJWs don't understand the workings of the American correctional system any more than the fantasy version of it existing in their head that railroads innocent people because, somehow, the state profits off every person they can lock up. Therefore, anyone IN prison is a victim and should be let out. And that's as far as they think about it.

Meanwhile, any sane person can see the cost of corrections is one of the main DRAINS on tax revenue from the state because prisons DON'T turn a profit, and incarcerating someone further takes them out of the labor pool, reducing taxable wages.
