Well, in the meantime since Evergrande somehow 'managed' to pay off part of their immediately-due debt by waiting until the last possible moment before defaulting (you know, as all of the solvent companies do with their payable debts), we've had another one bite the dust: Modern Land.
Modern Land defaulted on a bond payment, the latest Chinese property developer to do so, adding to worries about the wider impact of the debt crisis at behemoth China Evergrande Group , and weighing on shares in the sector.
