Probably CHF (congestive heart failure) and massive fluid build up, and Blob will be upset, not because she is dead, but because he can't take her money and benefits anymore.

Bob would only drive somewhere for another person’s benefit if they give him cash or a gas voucher. (Why would he spend “his” money when he could spend ours? Because even “his” money is ours.)

There are visible gnats in Bob’s videos. They’re flying in front of his face the whole time. No way there aren’t maggots in that house too.
