Actually has been a huge problem lately. It’s been a while but iirc he’s based in Ohio? I use EZ Pass to keep the price lower. Since the start of this year I have probably received 20-30 messages about unpaid tolls with threats of legal action to prison time from various numbers and emails. The EZ Pass website actually has a disclaimer that they will NEVER send you a text message regarding tolls and are actively advising individuals to report it to one of the government bodies (can’t remember if it’s the FBI or some specific fraud office) whenever you get them. I have sent in 3 or 4 and now just ignore them but it is becoming a serious issue.

But he's still wrong. 0.77 tenths of an inch would mean 0.077 inches of rain fell and 0.24 tenths would mean 0.024 inches of rain has fallen. But since Blob can't do basic math, I'll correct that for him also... It would be 7.7 tenths of a inch and 2.4 tenths of an inch of rain has fallen. Or 0.77 inches of rain and 0.24 inches of rain. So let's correct these statements again.,
